There were plenty of places to choose from but they did not have the background reputation we needed to have confidence in the choice we made. We, at times, must come to a reality of caring for parents or other loved ones . The task can be draining and emotional. You’ll need someone you trust with the knowledge to care for our loved ones. She found a fantastic placement for my MIL and has provided counsel and insight throughout this process. She has visited my MIL and been an a kind and supportive partner. Above and Beyond Senior Placement Service recently helped us find a care facility for my father who has mobility challenges and requires acute wound care. Susanne was absolutely fantastic in helping us as she took the time to explain the different types of facilities and the levels of care they provide. She tailored her search to the needs of my father and was able to find us the very best possible place for him that was within our financial budget. Susanne continues to be a valued partner along this journey of ours in that she regularly checks in on my father's progress and to see if we need to make any adjustments, and also because she really cares about us as clients.
