Staff prides itself on being a family working together to care for your loved one. Under the professional leadership of Executive Director Chardae, Health Director Alicia, Sales Director Pam and Resident Care Director Joyce, you can feel confident and at ease working with them and their team. They'll develop and execute a customized care plan for your family member's greatest health, well-being, and quality of life. Questions and concerns are addressed promptly along with requests for care plan changes. We greatly appreciate the entire team's responsiveness. Activities are abundant and offer options for varying physical and mental abilities. Activities Manager Leslie graciously leads these with enthusiasm and makes all feel welcome and included. It was easy to select American Orchards out of several other facilities toured, including residential homes.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a tour. No one replied to my 2 request online to schedule. I called but the phone didn’t work. Somehow someone realized I called and called me back. Since I requested a weekend tour, she had to check with the activities director since the main people are not in the office for the weekend. She stated she would call me back but never did. I called today to verify my 1:00 apt and the did not have it scheduled. I would not leave my Mom at a place that is so disorganized and no follow through. Update: 2/23/26 received a call from Pam confirming my appointment for tomorrow. I did not schedule an appointment for tomorrow. This place is really disorganized.

Laat fall we were needing to move a family member to Az on short notice. After meeting with Pam, touring the cottage and meeting staff we felt welcome and like American Orchards would be a great home for him. The staff has been responsive to requests, the facility is kept clean, daily meals are provided and we'll received. The location is convenient to shopping and medical appointments. We are fortunate to have found American Orchards!
