This post is here to complement our caregiver Linda. My husband and I have been here since May. Linda has been with us most of that time. She is very professional yet full of empathy and love for her patients. She helps in the ways she is expected to and will go beyond anytime we are in need. She makes our stay here at Arbor Ridge much more pleasant. We feel very blessed to have her caring for us. Thank you to Arbor Ridge for keeping the bar high for our caregivers.
My mom has been a resident for almost 8 years. I have to say finding a place that meets the needs of our loved ones when they can no longer care for themselves is daunting to say the least. My mom has said to me on more than one occasion these have been some of the happiest years of her life. For one thing she is not struggling alone to care for herself. She has a community of people with shared issues and experiences. The staff there has been pretty stable throughout her time there. Most importantly the quality and caring of the staff especially the caregivers is exceptional. They've had their share of employees that didn't work out but they seem to be able to find and retain such great staff. The food is very good and the grounds and apartments are very nice. There have been times that they had more events and since COVID I don't think they have really gotten that back up to speed. But my mom is happy,safe and cared for in ways that make me so grateful and happy

What we like the most about Arbor Ridge is the staff. The staff and residents were very friendly, positive and helpful; location was great for fast food, grocery, Walmart, shopping, doctors...
I have recommended numerous people there and I've also passed on your company's name and phone number. My experience with your company helped me to make this transition much easier than it could been.
The main reason we chose Arbor Ridge was because they were contracted with ALTCS. The staff is very friendly.

My brother moved to Arbor Ridge Senior Living. He likes where he keeps his dog and he likes his room and everything. He has a nice bedroom, a nice walk-in closet, and a very nice living room. The bedroom separates from the living room. He likes it all, but there's nobody there that he can visit with. The people are older and not easy to communicate with. So for that reason, he's not over-happy, but he likes the place. He doesn't like that they don't hang up their clothes. They wash them and bring them back in a bag and it is hard for him to hang up clothes. The facility has beautiful grass at the back. You walk out onto a patio, which makes it more pleasant to look out and see the grass.
