Nikki, the manager, was super helpful in assisting me with the process and taking a lot off my shoulders. I was so thankful my dad was able to find a place that accommodated him and his current/future needs. I visit him often and everyone is always so friendly and kind. This is such a unique facility and I haven't found anything like it in the valley. If there's ever a concern I have, they are quick to communicate with the providers that come…

Looking for a high-quality Care Home for my dad was super stressful. He was also transitioning to a different insurance which was really confusing. Nikki, the manager, was super helpful in assisting me with the process and taking a lot off my shoulders. I was so thankful my dad was able to find a place that accommodated him and his current/future needs. I visit him often and everyone is always so friendly and kind. This is such a unique facility and I haven't found anything like it in the valley. If there's ever a concern I have, they are quick to communicate with the providers that come directly to the facility. He gets all of his medical care delivered to him so I don't have to haul him around to appointments either, which is a huge plus! Highly recommend Arizona Desert Falls! -Dr. Jamie Flint
Arizona Desert called is not a good place to work. I think they suck.
Beware!!! A bunch of weirdos work here.... Do NOT send your loved ones here, dirty, Food is slop, clothes and personal property gets stolen, Staff is extremely suspicious. Cameras don't work, soiled bedding, when you pop up unexpected (During normal biz hours) staff gets defensive and act as if I was bothering them, I can continue but running out of space... RUN!!!! AWAY!!!! OR you will regret it!

Setting the bar high is an understatement! From the owners, to the manager, to the staff! Compassion, compassion, compassion! Clean, professional, understanding, very hard working! Tons of information provided on the tour, even told: in the event you do not choose us, we will help in away we can! Family setting, everyone was talking and smiling. Placed on the waiting list! Looking forward to the adventure ahead. I toured several places and this one is by far my 1 st choice. Your 1st impression is the most important, I arrived unannounced and was welcomed. Thank you!
My cousin is living here and has nothing but good things to say about the food, staff and director. I am so happy she is somewhere she is happy and safe because I live all the way in Tennessee so I can’t physically care for or check on her.
I love here at desert falls. I think the staff and the food are great. This is a top class operation. I would defently recommend this place
AZDF sets the bar very high when it comes assisted living. The care is amazing and the residents are a joy to be around. The owners are outstanding and enjoyable to be around. They make coming to work a want! I love walking through the door and interacting with everyone! The staff is great and the manager is amazing! Thank you AZDF for being as caring as you all are. Things have changed in the world when it comes to patient care. The owners go above and beyond to show appreciation to their staff. This makes us want to be employed here.
My sister-in-law has lived at AZDF for almost 4 years. With the ups and downs of Covid she is healthy and safe. The staff tries to keep the residents somewhat busy with activities throughout the week. There is a very qualified nurse who is there a few times a week and is available for emergencies. The management is very responsive to communication and we appreciate everything they do for her.
