As a Case Manager with Assisted Living Finders I am in dozens of Residential Care Homes and Assisted Living Facilities on a weekly basis. We recently referred a client to Majestic Rose and the client is very pleased with their choice. The home is clean and the residents are well cared for. Both times I was at the home there were two cargivers on duty and the owners Ted and Rose were there as well. The fact that Rose is a nurse is a big +. Their costs are right in-line with the average cost of care in the area and their inspection history with the state is great. I will continue to recommend this home to clients looking for Assisted Living in the Gilbert area.

For starters owner is extremely cheap! Refuses to use A/c house is above 80° Very uncomfortable for residents. But real reason I’m leaving a review due to the fact that owner refused final check. Had put in 2 week notice due to better employment opportunities because he refused to pay more than minimum wage even though had more qualifications than his other employees. Now almost 2 months later I’m still fighting for that final check. They clearly don’t care about their employees which reflects on the care of residents. I’d just like to help the next person that get hired on with them to be careful and don’t settle for less especially for this employer!
