Jean and her staff take such good care of my mother. They communicate her progress with us on a regular basis. We are so releived knowing that mom is thriving in their care.
The owner jean and the head Caregiver Grace and also the rest of the Caregivers are amazing. We had worked with them for 3 years assisting them on what they need on thier residents. Thier group homes are beautiful very accommodating clean amazing care and knowledgeable staff Now they added another beautiful home and I recommending them 100 percent New home at stapley mesa

I appreciate the care that Assisted Living of Mesa gives to my mom. It is a very clean and orderly place, and the staff treats their patients like they are family. I would recommend it to anyone! 😇
Mesa Elder Care was one of the better facilities that I checked out. The staff were very caring & always around to lend a hand if needed. Food was good and made fresh. Very clean. The staff and manager worked with me to solve a problem that would come up in the caring of our loved one as he progressed in his decline.
I'm giving Mesa Elder Care one star. My mom has dementia. We placed her in Mesa Elder Care because she needed 24/7 care. Mesa Elder Care gets one star for being compliant the first few months of my mothers stay. If your loved one has dementia and forgets how to swallow or is on his/her death bed and doctors orders are to eat puree foods and very specific as to what the resident should eat, this is NOT the home for him ar her. Mesa Elder Care will force feed your loved one until they vomit. I have wittnessed the staff, including the cook, bringing food into my mother's room that was not compliant to doctors orders. Hospice nurses were consistantly going over w/owner and staff what my mom could eat. So disrespectful. There's so much more I could write. I removed my mom, from Mesa Elder Care.
My loved one is a resident at Mesa Elder Care and most everything has been great. I would recommend this facility to others.
