Wonderful to have the availability of golf carts driven by friendly staff to take residents to/from dining hall, activity center, and residences throughout the year. Wait staff at dining hall friendly and helpful. Activity staff friendly, patient

The Sales Director is one of the most helpful people I have met!

I moved to Atria Chandler Villas, over three years ago, after the death of my wife of 56 years. My children were helping me search for a new home in the Chandler area. I moved to Atria Chandler Villas, over three years ago, after the death of my wife of 56 years. My children were helping me search for a new home in the Chandler area. One of them found information about Atria so we went for a visit. Our unscheduled visit was on a day when the Sales Director was involved elsewhere, and we had a 15 minute wait to see the Director. While waiting for the Director, we talked with a very personable and knowledgeable young man who began to provide us a wealth of information about the facility, it's offerings and activities, until the Director became available. Turns out the knowledgeable young man was the Chef. When the Director, arrived she offered us a wealth of information, took us to view available units, and we made the decision to rent a 2 bedroom apartment. I have not regretted that decision. This a friendly, comfortable, well staffed facility with a wealth of activities for residents and guests. I would do it again.

We really enjoyed our community tour. This is the first time we have checked out a senior citizen and we were very impressed! The sales manager was an excellent tour guide, the facility very clean and welcoming, and the residents seemed to really like living there. We really liked the floor plans as well as the community areas. It did not feel like an apartment complex. The menus offered a lot of food choices to satisfy almost all appetites. There are many offered activities daily so residents are able to socialize with other seniors. We really liked the transportation options and the fact one really doesn't need to own car. Location is very important to us and this community was a perfect distance. A downstairs unit plus being pet friendly are a priority and Atria checks off both those boxes. The villas are excellent and I can understand why there is a waiting list. The whole experience was definitely positive. Definitely worth the price.

Upgrade the apartments. They have never been upgraded, but they significantly raise the rents. When I was there, the food was always cold even in the dining room. The vegetables were always cold and not cooked well, either not cooked enough or cooked too much. The staff were cold and could actually be mean if they didn't like you - they were always looking for a reason to tell you what you did wrong. Maintenance never finished a project/repair in my apartment. My housekeeper was great, but they wanted her clean my apartment in 15 minutes which was so unrealistic. I did love most of the residents!

Atria Chandler Villas is excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm enjoying it. In fact, I've invited other people to come and live here if they are looking. The staff is sincere, considerate, and kindhearted. They don't seem to make me feel like I'm bothering them. They always seem to be willing to listen. Sometimes, they don't come as soon as I'd like, but that has nothing to do with them. They're busy, so I have to give them credit. The food is tasty and they're nice choices. I don't usually eat three meals a day, but I really feel like they go out of their way to give good service. When I need some maintenance, they always seem to respond. I've always felt like I'm not bothering them and they don't make me feel like I'm a nuisance because I don't call that much. The worst thing that ever happened was when I moved here, insects were coming up from the bathroom sink, but they came and took care of that. I can't think of anything that I would have felt like they were mean or disregarding. It's amazing. I couldn't have had a nicer place to stay than here. They have all kinds of programs and interesting sessions. I like to go down for the stretching. They have speakers and they have a happy hour where people can sing along or dance and they have movies and a library. It's a nice place to be. I think it's a bargain compared to other places and you get free meals. I'm very happy. This campus is kind of spread out. I'm planning to stay here as long as I can and be independent. I'm just very blessed. I'm not rich, but I don't feel like I'm priced out of the market where it would be that I wouldn't have any money. My neighbor friend has been here eight years.

We toured Atria Chandler Villas. It needed to be upgraded a bit with their kitchen appliances, but the outdoors was beautiful and well-groomed. Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We received a brownie, and that was excellent, and we met the chef. The facility was clean.

I am not a resident but my dad is. I interact with the staff often and appreciate how I now have a professional team to help me with everything. Which they do. Whether we are coordinating a ride for health care when I'm out of town or encouraging dad to participate in the many activities, we have been able to get everything handled with humor and style. The only down side to the covid precautions that close the dining room is that dad gets to order from the menu and get it delivered. He is already spoiled enough. =) The buildings have been there for a bit, but Atria takes maintenance seriously and I have been able to see what the units look like before someone moves in. Dad's place was fresh paint and flooring and clean. I appreciate the laundry service, the meals, the activities, and really what makes everything work - the attitude - of the amazing staff. Thank you guys for everything. The value is fantastic. Just ask the people that have moved away and came back. That guy
