Let me tell you Without Joe and Jerry are the best of living I will not be happy today. I was ready to commit Harry Carey. These guys are in jail from above truly angels. I love this place thank you.
At a very hard time for our family Avista reached out and helped make the transition to assisted living as pain less as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff and the care. Thank you all!!

ZERO STARS!! NOT GOOD. This was the first time my mother moved into a Memory Care, so I did not know to call Adult Protective Services - I just got her out of there ASAP.
I have been very understanding since moving my family member in here but they seriously need pest control . The bed bug infestation is absolutely horrendous. Having to replace furniture for it to be infested almost instantly. Please please get the proper people in here to debug every single room . Maintenance and there efforts is not working he is doing the bare minimum in these rooms
BEWARE BED BUGS EVERYWHERE. They won't take care of it. Maintenance will spray one time and won't follow up. Had to move my family member because they had them for 6 months and would not get get follow ups for them....reply to their reply.... you say you go to great extents to fix issues but we have reached out you many times to get the issue fixed and to no solution the only solution was to move them.
Wonderful community, clean and friendly atmosphere. The activities coordinator Aubrey Francis finds new and engaging activities for the residents to enjoy each month. I love participating at this community.
Although I am fairly new to the building I have appreciated so much. The staff and other residents are so nice and friendly. The building is very organized and well staffed. Good variety of everything. Beautiful building inside and I can't wait for my friend to come by on Friday to show it off
