She has a passion for our seniors, a great personality, and excellent follow up. They have approximately 40 clubs in addition to activities and outings they do. They have an extensive library and an entire room dedicated to jigsaw puzzles. The community is very clean and the residents and staff are welcoming and very friendly. I took a family to tour Bella Vista last week and was so impressed with this beautiful community and our tour guide, Sheri who is the Assistant ED. She has a passion for our seniors, a great personality, and excellent follow up. They have approximately 40 clubs in addition to activities and outings they do. They have an extensive library and an entire room dedicated to jigsaw puzzles. The community is very clean and the residents and staff are welcoming and very friendly. They are undergoing some remodeling and the community is nice and bright. I love that the apartments are comfortable, have a nice size balcony, and some different kitchen options. They offer a la carte care services for residents in independent living so they can reside in their apartments as long as possible before moving into assisted living. I highly recommend this beautiful community. I'm looking forward to visiting my client once she moves in.
The level of genuine care demonstrated by Bella Vista’s leadership manifests in the culture of the facility, its cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. There is not a staff person there who my family has not felt was personally engaged in accommodating the residents. At the risk of neglecting to name others who should also be recognized, I have to give a shout out to Adriana, Sheri and Teri for their professionalism and compassion. The level of genuine care demonstrated by Bella Vista’s leadership manifests in the culture of the facility, its cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. There is not a staff person there who my family has not felt was personally engaged in accommodating the residents. At the risk of neglecting to name others who should also be recognized, I have to give a shout out to Adriana, Sheri and Teri for their professionalism and compassion. We placed my 91 year old mother in an independent living apartment there four months ago following the sudden death of her husband of nearly 70 years. Her son had died less than a week earlier at Christmas. My mother has a fair degree of dementia and could not live alone. There had been no preparation for my mother to move into senior living and she was resistant to making the move. However, the Bella Vista team was most welcoming during one of the lowest moments in my mother’s life and helped her rapidly integrate into the Bella Vista community. My mother loves her apartment and frequently comments about how friendly everyone is. I am so grateful that we found Bella Vista for my mother.
I have toured a lot of senior living facilities,but Im extremely impressed with Bella Vista. What impressed me is how engaged the residents are with each other and with the 45 clubs that cater to their interests. The leadership team at Bella Vista, in particular Sheri Simpson, focuses their efforts on the needs and well being of the residents,by finding many ways to provide a happy, inclusive environment for the residents. One conversation with Sheri, convinced me that they would give my brother a great living experience at Bella Vista. He will move in this week!

Bella Vista has been a great home for my mother in law for about a year and a half. She is very involved with the BINGO crowd and loves going to this activity 3x/week. Since her spouse has passed away, there are many activities to keep her occupied and interested. There is even a shuttle bus that takes the residents to Walmart, the grocery store or church. Being 3 meals a day are provided, going to shop for groceries isn’t required, but it’s good to have an outing once in a while. The staff has a lovely way of checking on all residents every single day to ensure safety and health. We feel confident that she is loved and looked after every single day. We have made suggestions to the staff and they are receptive and welcoming to these ideas. We are happy she is living her best life!!!
It’s been our experience that Terry and Dominic of the Activities staff do an outstanding job at monitoring and hosting a variety of activities for Bella Vista Senior Community. We’d like to add that their energy is contagious and they both participate fully in the activities they host. Lastly the two of them make everyone feel so at home and very included in all activities. My father lived at and enjoyed Bella Vista in independent living for over 4 years. The facilities, the staff, the activities and the dining room all work together to create a very nice community. I refer to Bella Vista as independent living +. When necessary an independent on-site nursing team is able to push in and assist with activities that helped extend my fathers ability to live in an independent living environment... very helpful!!
Great staff and great environment. They really treat everyone there great, including visitors. Lots of activities and clean place.
My mom had a stroke a couple years ago and I had to find her a place to go ASAP and I was all over online seeking help and a Sherry Simpson called me and she helped my wife and I find a place for her we looked at actual homes that were having 3 to 4 seniors they were expensive and very limited and then Sherri told us about Bella Vista senior apartments and it was a no brainer it was less expensive than most places and offered 3 meals a day activities that are spread out every our something different that they can join in and keep them busy and social they also take them to different places through the week like restaurants Walmart I think casinos and shows everyone at Bella vista is awesome they take such good care of my mom and it gives me a piece of mind all of management are so willing to help make sure everyone has what they need or any assistance they have a cleaning staff that cleans apartments a maintenance department that makes sure everything is working from a light bulb to a/c work and the front desk is very nice and personable everyone makes you feel like a real family atmosphere THANK YOU BELLA VISTA FOR EVERYTHING
