4.5 · 65 reviewsWe are very pleased with the quality of care that is provided at Bethesda Gardens. The facility and everyone working there is amazing. A bright and clean facility, great dining and recreational areas and apartment hallways are very wide and accommodating for residents using wheelchairs or walkers. The living accommodations are great, Dad has a 1 bedroom that was completely re-done before he moved in and it is very spacious and even has a patio area of his own. We are very happy we found Bethesda Gardens Assisted Living and know Dad will make friends and enjoy his new apartment.
We met with Cristina Cook, Sales and Marketing Director, to gather information about the facility while exploring the possibility of moving a family member in. Our experience was very positive. Cristina was warm, understanding, and compassionate, and she took the time to address our questions and concerns thoroughly.
This is a gorgeous and well kept Community. The Staff and Management Team are great to work with and they truly care about your loved ones.

We recently moved our Dad to BG Assisted Living in 2026. We have been very pleased with the extra help by the staff with this move! The Caregivers and Activities Director have been amazing — and helping Dad meet new people. He likes the 3 meals/day too!
What an amazing community! The caregiving, the clinical team, and the leadership are all outstanding. If you're looking for a wonderful home for your loved one or your parent, make sure you include this in your search. This place feels like home. Highly recommend.
Clean facility and nice location, but unfortunately my experience was that they overpromised and underdelivered. The cost is also extremely high for the level of care provided. We ultimately found better care at a smaller group home with fewer residents and more attentive caregivers. After an assessment, Bethesda confirmed my father was appropriate for Care Level 3 and assured us they had the capacity to meet his needs. In practice, this was not the case. My father experienced three falls while in their care. After the third fall, he hit his head and required transport by ambulance to the hospital. Shortly after, we learned he was also suffering from lung cancer. Given that this is a facility specializing in elderly care, the inability to properly assess health concerns and prevent repeated falls was deeply concerning. Multiple falls and missed health warning signs are major red flags. Based on our experience, I would not recommend moving a loved one into this facility unless they are very high functioning and require minimal assistance.
Cristina and staff were wonderful, helpful, informative & so kind dealing with decisions for my father. Bethesda Gardens was bright, clean, and offered so much! The apartments are beautiful as well as the entire facility! Great atmosphere and good!
From the first tour of the community to move-in day, the staff at Bethesda helped me each step of the way. The tour of the community was unique in that everyone was welcoming and took the time to care for our needs and concerns. My loved one is most happy about this transition in life and Bethesda staff made it easy. We were treated with dignity and respect with each interaction. I highly recommend this community for anyone unsure of their decision about which community to choose. Bethesda Gardens is truly a place to call home.
