4.1 · 141 reviewsI admitted here a year ago on a ventilator and trach. Fast forward to today I'm walking out breathing on my own! I'm going to miss everyone here and am extremely grateful to the amazing care that I received.
Everything has been good. Sometimes their are delays with call lights and the food wasn't my favorite. I told them I didn't like sausage and they still continued to give it to me. Therapy was excellent. When I arrived here I couldn't walk now I'm full weight bearing and can walk on my own. Aside from a few issues overall my experience was really good.
My stay at Boswell has been very positive. The staff has been very cooperative and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. It's also nice having meal options thirty minutes before meal time. Likewise, the weekly meal calendar precludes a y surprise meals. The therapy department personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently enthusiastic throughout my stay. Additionally, someone is always available to respond to the "call button" 24/7. Finally, keep up the good work; it's obvious that you are making good use of "patient feedback".

The care was really great! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The food was excellent! The nurses Jeremy, David, and Jason were so nice and kind. Lastly, therapy was excellent as well! A month ago when I got here I couldn't walk and was non weight bearing on my left leg. I can now walk on my own!
Our Social Work Director Seneca Dixon consistently demonstrates exceptional compassion, empathy, and dedication. She has a remarkable ability to connect with even the most challenging patients, building trust through genuine warmth, patience, and respect. Her calming presence and unwavering commitment to understanding each person's unique needs create meaningful relationships that enhance patient care and dignity. She exemplifies the heart of social work and serves as an inspiration to both patients and colleagues.
I had the misfortune of breaking my leg and unable to walk for 6 weeks. Due to my immobility, the hospital suggested short term rehab prior to going home. I immediately recalled a facility my Father utilized in 2018 after being hit by a drunk driver and the AMAZING experience we had learning to care for him. My experience at Boswell Transitional Care has been equally amazing and my care nothing short of remarkable. The nurses, Dr's, PT & OT therapists all the way to the cleaning, administrative including Blake & Maria the gracious lady who helped keep me tidy with a much appreciated shower are all "the top of the line" in their fields. I was taught how to more readily care for myself & traverse my home safely, perform everyday tasks that are now cumbersome & more important... Go home safely and heal. If you are in need of rehab, do yourself a favor and request Boswell Transitional Care for a successful recovery.
CNAS, therapists are awesome! Social services was great to work with as well! Great overall service! Highly recommend!
Nursing has been excellent with getting my medications in a timely manner. Therapy is extremely exceptional! The activities have been really enjoyable to participate in and get me out of my room. I really enjoyed playing bingo!
