They really need to fix their phones. I just tried to call to see if some friends and I could drop off bouquets for Mother’s Day, and the call couldn’t be completed.
Lilibeth and her crew were amazing to my mother the last months of her life. I would recommend anyone needing responsible affordable care to check them out. I really appreciate the choice of multiple locations and room options as needed.
Our mother has lived here for a couple years until her recent passing. She was always well-taken care of by the entire staff. They cared for her as if she were family. We wish we had placed her with Lillibeth and her staff much earlier in her assisted living days. I’m not sure who is more saddened by her passing, them or us.
I've been trying to call for some time to talk to my mom. It just goes to voicemail and the box is full. Is there a different number?
My family member moved in during the height of COVID19. The facility is clean, large & well furnished & decorated. The staff is attentive & operate with all pandemic protocols. Nurse Christine is a wonderful person & caregiver. The lead nurse, LILIBETH, has been great to communicate with & always provides any info I request in a decent time frame. I thank God my family member is being cared for in the Caissa House. Thank you all 💓
We live the in the neighborhood and have had three incidents where residents are wandering around, unattended, and have left the residence. We have also had a man trapped in our courtyard yelling late at night that he was scared and didn't want to go back, person get into our garage and I had to chase a scared lady down the street as she was falling down and hurting herself. I would not want this experience for any of my family and want perspective families to be aware of the lack of care.
Phone number has be not working fpr a few weeks and we are unable to check on a loved one! Thinking of calling for a welfare check 😢
I’ve been coming here about a year now to visit. They don’t seem to have the same turnover that other places have which is great. The staff is nice, the residents seem to get their medication on time, food is edible too which is a huge plus!
