3.4 · 39 reviewsThe care staff are for the most part caring, kind and professional. I have some frustrations with admin though as they don't return voicemail calls. My sister is in the facility for a spinal cord injury. I do want to shout out some thank you's to CNA's like Mike and Paul. My sister is also very appreciative of her therapist Jeff. And I am very appreciative of Margo in medical records for being friendly and responsive to an insurance deadline.

I would like too say that Camelback employees give u your respect and are very helpful employees for example Staci Ashley also Kim as well as Chanell and Taz Thanks deeply for the items of clothing really love.

My stay here was fair enough the food needs work because sometimes it is not good at The nursing staff is great. The CNA's are good but there is one CNA Stacyann is wonderful at what she does and has made my stay here much better
This my second time here. The first time I was here was four years ago. I came back because of the excellent care I got hear. This place cares about the people here through therapy and medical care ( daily doctor visits ). I highly recommend this place.
I can say honestly that there's one housekeeper staff named minda who cleans my daughter's room really well when I go visit my daughter I can tell right away if minda has cleaned her room because it's so nicely done and my daughter's things are put nicely away like I would do it myself on days minda doesn't work my daughter's room is dirty so I would give 10 stars just for her but overall I can only give 3 stars for the place it's self mainly thanks to minda's friendly demeanor and how she treats my daughter I'd given only one star
Jordan,is a very exceptional assistant activity assistant. She's always on time,v ery helpful and cheerful 😊
My mom has to wait for almost an hour every time she needs a nurse or help, this place is very unorganized and under staffed……… the people don’t care for the patients at all, if you love some one don’t send them here at all.
