Great clients all of them so sweet, however, management doesn't know what they are doing half the time. And some of the workers

We just attended Carriage House’s impressive Thanksgiving dinner prepared and served by the superb staff. We just attended Carriage House’s impressive Thanksgiving dinner prepared and served by the superb staff. They cooked 3 turkeys and had the most delicious side dishes; we are still talking about those luscious sweet potatoes🧡 Our sister has been a resident at Carriage House for almost a year, and we were able to visit with the other families of the residents during the holiday dinner. The consensus amongst the families we visited with was how lucky we all felt to have our loved ones in such a wonderful facility. We are always impressed with the entire staff. From the highly-effective supervisors, to the medical care givers, to the food prep and service team and the hard working cleaning crew, and of course the endearing maintenance supervisor Paul, the common thread in every department is kindness and patience. This is huge. My husband and I, together, have been visiting adult and memory care homes for various friends and family regularly for 25 years. We have seen a wide range of facilities and price points. We both agree that the Carriage House staff is superior to any of the others. Human kindness and compassion in every single employee is obvious no matter how busy or tired they might be. We see them, not just with our difficult to please sister, but with everyone there. The rooms are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. The food is good, and there is variety in the meals, the meals always look appetizing and well-balanced. If our sister is in too much pain to go to the dining room for her meal, they bring her a tray to her room. On days when she has more energy, she can leave her cozy room and go down the hallways in her wheel chair where there are several visiting areas, including a beautifully decorated living room and a large well-stocked library and meeting room, and also a huge tv/lounge area for the residents with staff always present. Our sister gets confused a lot and loves to complain, but when we visit and we’re sitting together in the library, we can tell that she feels like she is living the “good life”. Thank you all for your care and dedication. You are literally a life saver for our sister, and have taken a huge weight off of our hearts.

We did extensive plumbing work for this business and the owner, Brett, still has not paid his invoice - will no longer answer his phone or return our calls! Do not recommend any contractor or business work with him if this is how he handles payments and debts.

When my mother entered the final stage of her life with advanced dementia, Carriage House was truly a godsend. They were the only facility willing to help with the complexities of her medication adjustments, and from the beginning, they treated her with compassion, dignity, and sincere kindness. The staff consistently told her how much they loved her — something that meant the world to both of us. Her transition to Hospice happened quickly, and the coordination between Carriage House and the hospice team was seamless. In those final days, I stayed by her side for three days and nights. The staff went above and beyond to care not only for my mother but for me as well. Their tenderness, respect, and emotional support helped carry me through the hardest moments of my life. Carriage House felt warm and home-like, never cold or clinical. It gave my mother a sense of comfort and familiarity, even in her confusion. Knowing she was in a place that cared for her so deeply gave me peace in her final moments. I will always be grateful for the love and dignity they showed her, and the grace they extended to me.

Both my parents were in carriage house for a few years. The staff was kind and caring. Management listened to all concerns we had. They worked with us to place my parents from out of state. My parents absolutely loved the carriage house as well as the staff. since this was written ownership has changed so it may not be completely accurate

Please do not put anyone in Carriage House! The care is extremely poor. The place is dirty. There are not adequate supplies. The facility does not have the necessary equipment to care properly for the residents. The TV has no channels. The room was hot and nothing was done to correct this, even upon request. The residents are not given water and ice during the day. My husband was a resident there for four days. He received almost zero care until I signed him up for hospice. One morning I found him with poop all over his hand and under his fingernails, poop down his leg, poop all over his end table and the things on the table, and poop on his bedside commode. I asked for supplies to clean him up but was refused. His brief had been changed, but nothing else was done until around noon when hospice arrived. Hospice cleaned him up. His pain medication was to be given "as needed." Even after I spoke to the person in charge of meds, the pain medication was given to him at regular intervals with no questioning of whether he was in pain. He had no pain and did not need the medication. My husband needed a slide board or a lift because his pelvis was fractured in multiple places. These things were not available, even though I had been assured before his admittance that the facility was equipped to handle his situation. Instead, he was transferred by two women lifting him out of bed. It was very painful for him and was unsafe for his fracture. When he was admitted, he was put in a bed with no pillowcase. The bathroom had poop on the outside and inside of the toilet and urine on the floor around the toilet. It was somewhat cleaned two days later after I asked to have it cleaned. The sheets are so old that the elastic is worn out, and my husband ended up partially on just the mattress. The staff was kind and courteous, but it is clear that the facility is understaffed and the employees overworked. I could report more things, but this is probably enough to paint a clear picture of what Carriage House is like. Please do not put anyone in Carriage House!

Hello to the public & friend, I've been here at Carriage House for 10 day now, the staff is wonderful here, I have my own room & bathroom. It is quite, & the food is good. Can't say enough great things about the management & staff Thank you Charles

In October of 2020 my husband and i moved to Arizona, my mother moved with us. I moved her into Carriage House assisted living facility and at first it was ok and I thought I had made a good decision but I was wrong they don't take good care of the residents at all people sit for hours without nothing to drink they don't offer them snacks they don't give regular showers my mother has not had a shower in 2 weeks she has a Foley catheter and her doctor told the facility that the area around it must be kept clean at all times their not doing that either my mother was given the wrong medication which almost killed her and just recently her catheter got pulled almost completely out while she was being transferred from chair to bed the manager and supervisor knew about it and didn't call me or do anything about it . If you love your relative DO NOT PUT THEM IN CARRIAGE HOUSE!
