Very kind and attentive to the patients. My sister was happy there. She passed last year. I felt that Chateaux deserved five stars because my sisters and I Ididn’t have to worry about her wellbeing. Thank you all!
My mother was a resident at my Chateaux home. Not only was it a beautiful home but the Caregivers were all so great. I am thankful for the Care both to my mother and myself that was given especially in the end stage.
I was blown away when I first laid eyes on this home - It's so beautiful! Less than a month after moving my dad in the manager at the time was removed. I've not been able to communicate with her anyway but the manager that jumped in has really shown us how this experience is done. The care staff and manager is truly the best!
