3.7 · 6 reviewsI have seen my share of nursing homes. This is the best of all that I have seen. The place is super clean. The staff is really friendly. The facilities are state of the art. Whoever runs this place really knows what they are doing.
Had my mom there for 2 months and got her out of there. Facility does NOT take care of residents clothing items....they get lost or given to someone else. Staff are Very unprofessional and rude! The lady that takes care of Finances Ilene is down right rude and lacks professionalism. The best thing I have done was to get my mom out of there! By all cost if you love your parents or grandparents DO NOT bring and leave them at this Chinle Facility....
Peaceful and not just quiet. Laughter and joking between staff and residents just like with the family. Staff gentle and respect their elders better than any other place I've ever seen. We all know our language and is heard here. That alone is priceless. Thank You staff for loving our elders.

WAY UNDER FUNDED... MAKES ME SAD :( LIKE IS THIS WHAT THE WORLDS COME TO? WE JUST FADE AWAY AND FUTURE GENERATIONS JUST PUT US IN THE BACK OF THE MIND AND FORGET ALL WE DONE? 5/2/2018 JUST KIDDING! :) ALL WE NEED IS MORE OUTSIDE PLANTS AND/WITH A PROTECTED SHADED DECK TO PARK THE ELDERS SO THEY CAN OVERLOOK ALL OF CHINLE AND GET SOME FRESH AIR IF THEY ARE ABLE. THEIR MINDS GO..... WHEN WE YOUNGER GENERATION$ LET THEM WITHER, WITHOUT CONTACT... PLANTS ARE NATURAL LIFE GIVERS AND MOTIVATORS... IF YOU TAKE ANYTHING FROM THIS... ITS THAT WE ALL (AS NAVAJOS AND OTHER TRIBES) NEED TO RECORD OUR ELDERS LANGUAGE/S... WE NEED THOSE WORDS FOR DICTIONARIES AND CLIMATE CHANGE!!! THAT'S HOW WE HELPED WIN WWII =^-^= FOR THEM!
