The Christian Care Rehab is very small, 10 beds. My husband, David, was there for four weeks and had excellent care from all the staff. He got PT from Farrah and OT and got strength back to stand and walk with a walker. This is only clean and kind staff I found in pages of rehabs!!!

Lazy staff will do nothing to try and help you. They care about turn and burn.

My mom spent a month at Christian Care Health Center. But they changed settings where patients needed to be more independent, so we had to transfer her to another facility. The building was not brand spanking new and it was just a small building, but it was also very quaint. I had to put a couple of those lavender tablets in the toilet tank because the bathroom seemed to smell even though it was clean because the plumbing was older. And I had put in a diffuser in her room. Her room could have used a little bit of a paint job, too. But overall, it was comfortable. They had a courtyard…

They had a courtyard centerpiece floor plan and the dining room was facing the courtyard. So it's nice because when the residents were eating, they could see the outdoors. There was a lot of natural sunlight coming in. The thing that made up the difference was that the CNAs were good. The nurses were outstanding. The director of nursing was always available and always willing to offer any help or resolution. Her door was always open. She was super, super nice, and just ready to jump in there and listen to any concerns we had. We didn't have many, but whenever I would bring anything to her attention, she was just all ears, all eyes, and all attention. Their activities director, Tammy, was superb. She was so kind, so compassionate, and so engaging with the residents. She was just one of a kind. Their housekeeping department was good. And when you walked in the door, the lady who greeted you was outstanding. It was really hard to leave that facility because the staff was so good.

We moved my 93 year old mom to this facility. She was extremely healthy physically and mentally. Almost immediately my mom was expressing to us that she wasn't happy there, workers were mean, she wasn't feeling safe. We visited at least weekyl. By the 29th day she was in really bad shape. We had to call 911 and have her transported to the hospital. Later we found out her Dr had ordered 2 urinalysys, blood work and a cxr, which we had been told all were normal. Turns out none of the tests were done and she had a very severe urinary tract infection which caused delirium and psychosis. The infection was cured in the hospital however the delirium and psychosis were permanent. After spending 11 days in the hospital, my mother was released to in home hospice care. She passed 9 days later. 29 days at this facility being lied to and told everyrhing was ok, another 20 days watching my mother slowly pass away. I will have to live with the guiltcl that I chose Christian Care Assisted Living for my mom and itcwas their neglect and abuse that killed my mom. Please don't be the next person to write a review like this. I did my due diligence and it wasn't enough when I chose this place. I have to live with this forever, don't put your loved one here PLEASE!!

Just made a delivery at this place today and I got to tell you the upper staff is very unprofessional races, and very unwelcoming you would think they would know how to greet people being in the position that they’re in. I advise anyone to never work here and also don’t bring your loved ones to this community. Have a great holiday.

This facility is administered by the most criminal individuals imaginable. After instructing Ricky and Alex of my wishes for my 90 year old mother they ignored them completely in order to drain her bank account under the guise of qualifying for ALTCS, which they never could quite accomplish. This past September once they had drained all her resources they gave short notice that she was being kicked out knowing there is no family instate. They disposed of all of her belongings, keepsakes and photos and they managed to "misplace" her hearing aids and wedding band and ALL of her identification cards and documents. The state agencies had to force them to pay back funds they took from her checking account after she was evicted. Actually zero stars are more appropriate. Non-Christian

I've picked up multiple shifts there through my nursing agency, although I've been a nurse for a long time each facility can be different. I've found the nurses are helpful and very passionate about their residents, management is a huge resource as well ! During this national nursing shortage this facility still put their residents first and i respect that so much

I would love to commend Lewis F. He has helped our family schedule many appointments to see our mom. Especially, recently when there were many of us to schedule. I know we aren’t the only ones. He is always helpful, friendly and keeps gives our family updates. We appreciate his care and attentiveness to us and our mom. Thank you Lewis.
