The 'Go to' place to be for any rehabilitation or assistance you need after a hospital stay. The staff and crew at Citadel are the most kindest, considerate, passionate and endearing people I have ever been treated by in this field. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and getting the full experience of what they offer. There was not one person there I could say anything down on. The staff is very upbeat and have your best interest at heart. I personally wrote compliments on every person I interacted with, including the housecleaners. I left there with an open invitation…

I left there with an open invitation if needed for any future help in a variety of services. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them 15 stars and will recommend to my doctors or hospitals that this is the only place I would want to be brought to if I couldn't go home.

I was at Citadel for 1-1/2 weeks. My stay there was excellent. From the nurses and CNA's to the office staff to the chefs in the kitchen, I was treated with respect and care. I felt that they all sincerely had my best interests at heart. The PT staff was top notch, and encouraged me every day to do my best. I came to Citadel unable to walk at all due to surgery on my right leg in May I was recovering from, and a month later an injury to my left knee - and I left using a walker. I have nothing but HIGH PRAISE for Citadel, and have already highly recommended them.

My 88 year old mother was there just over a week before I could get approved for a bed transfer. The staff did their best but the owners and/or upper management decided to stack 2 patients into very small rooms. Poor staff to patient ratio especially at night. Go there yourself and make your own informed decision after walking through one of the wings.

My mother-in-law has been at this place for quite a while now. All the staff from when you walk in the door until you leave are phenomenal! They will make you and your family member feel like you matter at the most important times. It's also a very clean place with an abundance of activities for their patients to do as well. My husband also wanted me to do a special shout out to Stephanie and Zack two of the physical therapist did a really good at their jobs and do a top-notch job. Ally the caseworker was very patient and helped us with everything.

I had a wonderful experience with Citadel Post Acute. The staff was caring, attentive, and always professional. Everyone treated my friend with kindness and respect, the facility was clean and welcoming. Communication with the team was excellent, and it was clear they truly care about the well-being and recovery of their patients. My friend was really happy with the food they provided 😊Thank you to the entire team for the compassionate care and support.

Do not come here, the way this place operates is not normal, while my mother was here, she would be in the bed, in pain. Pressing the call button multiple times for the nurse to not show up, until 3 hours later. They also are just very inconsistent with giving medication, not giving the medication at the right time. Also it’s like if you ask for something to be done, it takes forever. Also I feel like sometimes the nurses just don’t care about the patient. At a better facility the nurses are quick and help you immediately. This place is slow and unorganized. Do NOT come here

Some of the staff are very nice and informative, others appear confused and misinformed. It smells and the staff doesn't allow lysol or some kind of spray to make it more welcoming. I wouldn't reccommend this place for your loved ones- keep looking. We should have done better for my mom-

I can’t think of a better place for my elderly relative to be after her most recent fall. The facility is very well maintained and clean. Staff, for the part, are attentive and compassionate. She safe, secure and very well taken care of by people who genuinely care about their residents,
