The quality of care is top notch. You could feel the welcome and love from the owners and caregivers to the residents.

I like the communication but the first 2 months that was what they needed to improve on. Yes, I would recommend Cloister Assisted Living community to other families based on the experience so far.

[name removed] was very helpful when I put my mom in her facility. She did everything she could to make sure my mom was comfortable.

Beautiful home really take good care of resident.

The staff is truly remarkable, always attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for each resident. They take the time to get to know the residents and their families, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected. The house is clean, bright, and inviting, with comfortable living spaces that feel like home. If you are considering assisted living for your loved one, I highly recommend Cloister Assisted Living. Thank you, Cloister Assisted Living, for everything that you do!

Staff here are very accommodating and compassionate . Caregivers are very caring . They show dignity and respect to all the residents. I highly recommend this place to all that needs extra care and help in their daily needs.

[name removed] (the owner) and her team threw my mother-in-law out of this care home with no notice and no chance to find a new place to live after 4 weeks of living here. We moved my mother-in-law here 4 weeks ago, she was the first and only resident. [name removed] preformed a patient examination prior to move-in and received detailed information from my mother-in-law's last home about her condition. [name removed] and the other 2 owners gladly accepted her and she lived here for 4 weeks. During that time she was the only resident. So the other "5 star" reviews from 3 weeks ago are bogus. (Those other "reviewers" have no other reviews or contributions made other then the 1 "5 star" rating for this home.) After 4 weeks - we were told that my mother-in-law is hard to take care of and they are refusing to take care of her any longer. We were given zero notice and no time to find a a new place for her to live. She is now essentially homeless. We pleaded and begged for them to give us any time to allow us to find

Glecy (the owner) and her team threw my mother-in-law out of this care home with no notice and no chance to find a new place to live after 4 weeks of living here. Glecy and the other 2 owners gladly accepted her and she lived here for 4 weeks. During that time she was the only resident. So the other "5 star" reviews from 3 weeks ago are bogus. (Those other "reviewers" have no other reviews or contributions made other then the 1 "5 star" rating for this home.) We were given zero notice and no time to find a a new place for her to live. She is now essentially homeless. We pleaded and begged for them to give us any time to allow us to find her a new place to live - but they plainly didn't care and threw her out like trash to the curb. Don't trust these people with your loved ones. The same goes for her other care home in Chandler: "Glecy Infinity Care Assisted Living". Its staffed and run by the same people.
