Dee Anna the Sales Director was friendly, caring and attentive, and you can truly see its not just a job for her. The effort they put into making residents feel valued and comfortable. The community is very clean and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend reaching out to Dee Anna to tour the community, if your looking for a caring and welcoming senior living community for your loved ones.
The people I met when I walked into this community were smiling and very friendly. The building and surrounding areas are gorgeous. Nice warm feeling as you walk in. It feels fresh and inviting. Thank you DeAnna for providing a tour. I was very impressed by everything.

DeAnna, in particular, went above and beyond, she walked us through the community with so much patience and gave us guidance that made a hard decision feel manageable. Her genuine kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Residents have no shortage of ways to stay active, connect with others, and simply enjoy their days. There’s an energy to the place—lively and social, yet still cozy and familiar, like home. Finding the right senior living community is never easy, it’s a decision wrapped up in a lot of emotion. They are friendly, compassionate, attentive, and take the time to get to know the residents and their families. DeAnna was especially amazing—she gave us a wonderful tour and provided us with such helpful guidance. She is such a kind individual, and her warmth and professionalism truly made the experience even better. There are also plenty of activities and opportunities for residents to socialize, stay engaged, and enjoy themselves. The atmosphere feels warm and lively while still being comfortable and home-like. I recently had the pleasure of touring Cogir of Morrison Ranch. It is a beautiful community that has a lot of amenities to offer their residents. The location is gorgeous with views that remind you of the notebook!
Second time visiting Morrison Ranch and I can't be happier with everyone I met during my visit. I felt confident in everyone's knowledge and the sincerity of the kindness. The expense of senior living certainly has me running around trying to find the best for my mom. Connecting with DeAnna and everyone there has been a godsend!
Truly one of my favorite senior living communities in the entire valley. From the tree lined street leading up to the community to the views of the lake, to the warm inviting entrance, please do yourself a favor and visit this community! The staff is warm, welcoming, and extraordinarily easy to work with. Unlike some other communities, their age in place philosophy means you do not need to physically move should you need additional support which helps eliminate a lot of unnecessary stress for their residents & family members. Keep up the great work guys!
As a Senior Care Coordinator and Placement Specialist I am in many senior living communities. I can tell you that Cogir at Morrison Ranch is a wonderful community with great care, food and activities. All staff are truly wonderful and friendly. The moment you walk in, you can see how happy the residents and staff are.
