Owner of this place hired me to build her bathroom and repair her electrical for her home in sedona az. Well when I did not get paid for my work there was a very very dirty scam going on I did not see comming, beware of this business owner, preys upon the elderly and the homeless, God will get to deal with this , maybe the justice system will as well.

I am a driver of a patient delivery service, where we transport patients to medical appointments. Today I was dispatched to the Country Manor Assisted Living Center. Upon pulling up I noticed the gate was locked, so I rang the bell. No response. I called, no response. I waited about 5 min when I noticed a few of the residences across the courtyard so I walked over to that gate (also locked). I was able to make contact with a gentleman and asked if he know how my pick up (patient) was. He did and went to get her. I asked her if she was ready to go and she said she'd go inside to "let them…

I was able to make contact with a gentleman and asked if he know how my pick up (patient) was. He did and went to get her. I asked her if she was ready to go and she said she'd go inside to "let them know". About another 10 minutes later she comes out to say, "the owner is not there and went shopping". I asked if there as another staff member there who could unlock the gate, to which she said "no". I said ok we'll wait. I couldn't believe it, this is an assisted living center and no staff or owner were on the property! It was at 1 pm. Long story short, I waited 45 minutes before I had to go. No one ever returned to open the gates, so I could take the patient to her doctors appointment. I would NEVER put my WORST ENEMY in this "assisted" living center. There were about 8 individuals roaming around during my 45 mins. Most of them were visibly in need of assistance. This place is a total scam, and obviously they only care about the $ and NOT the residents. RUN AWAY FAST!

I lived there for 3 years and a half. The stuff is very kind and no turn over, that gives it a family feel to it. The food is all cooked from scratch, no burgers, can and packed food, so if you like junk food, don't go there. If you like healthy food, that's a place to go. Residents are carefully picked, if you like a quiet friendly place, this is it. But if you have substance abuse, alcohol and other disruptive behavior, you'll be out pretty quickly. The manager is strict about that. 9 pm all residents have to be back, unless arrangements have been made. So if you like to wonder, don't go…

The manager is strict about that. 9 pm all residents have to be back, unless arrangements have been made. So if you like to wonder, don't go there. If they don't see you at closing, they will report a missing person. Some of the residents have been there for 15 years. It is a nice place and the cost is still reasonable given the good care provided. Don't go there if you are disruptive and use street drugs, alcohol ... There are no exceptions- they'll kick you out... I would recommend to anyone who needs a good peaceful home and healthy food.

Poor quality food, locked on property @ 9,pm hazardous can,t get out if life depends on it. Bed bugs bite badly... rent$ vs Service is ridiculous . Food selection poor at best. Very bad don't come here period

Visited this place on Sunday May 1st. Have a Veteran there who was hit by a city bus and knocked from his wheelchair a week or so earlier He went to Maricopa County Hosp for treatment and was given a prescription for pain medicine for hip injuries suffered. They are uncooperative and let this Veteran suffer and won't get his medicine for him. The place is not very clean either. In my opinion they are totally lacking in providing the environment you would want to place your kin in, and their license should be revoked. This same Veteran received a ticket for jaywalking when he crossed Thomas road where no pedestrian stripes were and in his wheelchair. To my knowledge they haven't even talked to him about this.
