Courtyard Towers seemed very well kept and was a nice facility. There was nothing we were overly impressed by though and it was way out of our price range.
Courtyard Towers Senior Living is in pretty good shape. It looks like they're in the process of updating some of the stuff you see. The section of town is kind of hit or miss, like the next street over is kind of bad and then the next street is kind of good. It's in a mixed area. They go on excursions and shopping. They have mostly stuff that you can do inside, like games and reading. The rooms were a little on the small side, but they were pretty nice. The couple of staff that we met were really nice.
Bed bugs. In residents rooms, medtech room and dining room. No control over the infestation. Water leaking from ceilings from upper floor showers constantly. Water being shut off in facility constantly because of outdated plumbing. The place needs to be checked by the state for health hazards and needs renovated. Director is not genuine. Staff are overworked, feel not appreciated by upper staff and always quitting. Don’t send your loved one there if you care at all. If you take a tour be sure to inquire with atleast 3 on-site living residents re: care, bed bugs, and ceiling water leakage and…

The hallways at Courtyard Towers Senior Living were too dark for me. I felt the place was too close-in, but the person who toured us gave us a nice discount and was very nice. The building just didn't seem open and the residents that day were really quiet. It didn't feel like they were having a good time. The building is old too, but it was close to stores.
Our family had a virtual experience first, and from what we could tell it seemed extremely cleaned and very well managed. We liked it so much we scheduled an in person tour, however when we pulled up we realized the community had multiple floors and our loved one did not want anyone living about her.
Recently found mold and bed bugs. Had to leave the job before I took that stuff home
How is this place still open?! This place is infested with bed bugs. Management knows about it and does nothing. Has been that way for months! Update... They have a water leak on the roof and they aren't running power in fear of shorting something out. This place is a hazard to public health
I happened upon Courtyard Towers while in the area. I walked in, not knowing what to expect. I just wanted to see what it was all about. To my surprise & delight, I was greeted at the front desk but an awesome young man, name unknown to me that immediately set me up with Amanda. I was inquiring for my sister from Utah. Amanda went above & beyond, spending nearly an hour with me! I am so grateful for all the information she provided. Thank you. I am hoping to to learn more.
