[name removed] turned it over to her daughter and everything changed. Resident's are left in their beds all day. Resident's have pressure wounds and food served is processed from a box or can. An example of a meal is boxed macaroni and cheese with cut up hotdogs mixed in and canned soup. Home is still very clean with no offensive odors but the care just is not where it should be. When [name removed] was running the home it was wonderful. Home made meals and soups and residents were taken care of. [name removed] turned it over to her daughter and everything changed. Resident's are left in their beds all day. Resident's have pressure wounds and food served is processed from a box or can. An example of a meal is boxed macaroni and cheese with cut up hotdogs mixed in and canned soup. Home is still very clean with no offensive odors but the care just is not where it should be. Caregiver is on her computer or phone watching video's with no interaction with residents. Our friend would have the same clothes on for days before being changed. This was just one person's observation before deciding to move our friend to another home.
Being referred to Dina's Assisted Living was a blessing. Dina is a wonderful woman who places emphasis on the care in caregiver. She did more than just take care of my fathers needs. She was a loving friend to him and his family. We were always treated with kindness. She offered both help and suggestions in his care, drawing from her many years of experience in the field. We highly recommend Dina.
