5.0 · 2 reviewsThe office has been great to work with—responsive, supportive, and always willing to follow up with patients. We’ve been fortunate to collaborate on both events and mutual patients. The environment is thoughtfully designed to prioritize patient care and safety, creating a welcoming and supportive setting for everyone involved.
My sister-in-law has been living at Elysium since March. We have been very pleased with the activities that she has enjoyed. Vicky, the nurse manager, has been very good about keeping me and her son updated with any changes , both positive and not so positive with her. Elysium was recommended to us when she moved here to Phoenix , and we are very pleased with that decision and would definitely recommend it.
