If your back is against the wall and you have exhausted all your resources to keep your parents at home, I whole heartedly recommend the very loving atmosphere and care by the folks at Enrose Estates Assisted Living. Our Mom was adopted into the Enrose family, where the owner and staff called her Mom and cared for Mom as their own mother. They also showed and helped Mom to enjoy more life in the short time she had left. She enjoyed warm showers that she did not want to end, guitar serenades, and she especially enjoyed the Hawaiian show. While at home we thought she had no option but be bedridden, at Enrose, she was moved about in her special chair and even felt the fresh air of the back yard, saw fireworks in the sky, and watched hula dancers. Our whole family celebrated Mom's and my sister's birthday in their formal dining room. I hope you never have to consider this option, but if you are faced with this struggle, Enrose is that place of loving care you are searching for your loved one.
