The room was shared and small. The bathroom is shared by other rooms The food was horrendous and the portions were so small that my Mom went to bed hungry! When she would ask for more she was told that there was no more Some of the staff was great and others should not be working with elderly people I am grateful they were there but I am more grateful to have her in a much better place
My friend has moved into Fountain Home Assisted Living LLC. It's a group home. I would describe it as not very warm and cozy. What they do there is just basically disperse meds. It's not very family-oriented. They don't give quality care. They only have one TV for all the residents. Lights out at 8:00, and everybody's got to go to bed. The food is not all that great. I don't see them doing anything extra for the clients. Especially during the holidays, they didn't even have a Christmas tree. They don't do anything to uplift the patients there. My friend has moved into Fountain Home Assisted Living LLC. It's a group home. I would describe it as not very warm and cozy. What they do there is just basically disperse meds. It's very bleak; it's like you're shut in there. It feels like you're in prison. I don't like it at all; I hate it. As for the staff, few that are nice, and then there are a few that are not nice. Not very accommodating. There are a few that are nice, but not all of them. The facility looks very nice on the outside and the inside. I don't know of any activities they provide for them.

This facility seems to be just the right fit for Mother. My mom is never alone, all meals are covered, the cost is in her budget, and we have peace of mind that she will be properly taking her medications and they will be properly monitored. If my Mom should ever need more assistance it is available here too. At this community there is a good mix of residents and most of them are mobile and sociable. She says she is happy here and loves the food. I was here to move her in and meet [Removed], who is very nice. The other staff members seem nice and the place is clean. They are very flexible with her move in day and accommodating with what furniture we wanted to remain in her room. It has only been a couple months here, but so far our family is very happy with the move.
This community has very good staff that are welcoming and attentive. It seems clean and all maintained upon my visits. Although the staff cant take residents out I do see them interacting with my mom to the best they can. I like the care here and I am really happy with this community. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have no issues with the place. it is nice and would recommend to others as well. I'll give the over all a 4 star rating, the cleanliness a 4.5. The staff is very helpful and the care service is very good there said My family member likes the activities a lot no worries
