They are also cheerful as they chat with my husband and me about not only our needs but our experiences at FVV, away from FVV, and with our families. I want to especially recognize the outstanding work of Erin from Housekeeping who assists us in the most personal of tasks, cleaning our apartment. She is so thorough, always giving extra attention to see that everything is very clean, carefully making up our bed…

My husband and I have lived at Fountain View Village (FVV) for one year and we find the staff to be outstanding! They are always ready to assist and respond promptly to our requests. They are also cheerful as they chat with my husband and me about not only our needs but our experiences at FVV, away from FVV, and with our families. I want to especially recognize the outstanding work of Erin from Housekeeping who assists us in the most personal of tasks, cleaning our apartment. She is so thorough, always giving extra attention to see that everything is very clean, carefully making up our bed linens and pillows, and making sure that all is done with with hygiene in mind. She does a great job.
Fountain View Village has been donating to the local Extended Hands Food Bank for the last 3 years! Their generosity has been greater every single year! FVV Staff is so kind when we enter to pick up donations. Our staff has stopped in to play different games and participate in activities! 10/10 all across the board!
I absolutely love Fountain View Village. The facility is beautiful, welcoming, and very community-oriented. The staff and residents are incredibly engaging, and there’s a strong sense of connection throughout. I especially appreciate their support group for blind and low vision individuals in and around Fountain Hills. It meets on the third Monday of each month—call for more details. They do a great job offering support while still respecting independence, which makes a big difference. The bistro is also a highlight—delicious lunch options and very kind, helpful staff. The activities that they have here are wonderful! Joel and Ryan are awesome, they work hard to make sure the residents have fun and are enjoying their day.
Heard wonderful things regarding activities with Joel and Ryan. Providing lots of different activities for the residents that they can enjoy on a daily basis.
I was quite impressed how Joel and Ryan ran the activities the other day when visiting a family member. Highly recommend having a family member live here knowing that they will have fun in daily activities.
What a WONDERFUL Management Team!! The residents are so HAPPY and Fulfilled!!! The Activities are great and so much to do for everyone!!!!
