We recently delivered flowers to Freedom Plaza Arizona in Peoria and had a smooth, pleasant experience. The community was easy to locate, with clear access from Plaza Del Rio Blvd and a welcoming entrance area. Staff were helpful in guiding us where the flowers needed to go, and the handoff was simple and organized. The building and grounds felt clean, peaceful, and well cared for. It was a meaningful delivery stop, and the team made the process easy from arrival to drop-off.
I have lived here for over 4 years. It is like a small town on a cruise ship. Friendly folks, great food, good friends and more activities than you can possibly take in! My spouse needed memory care and it was done in a caring manner before she passed I have recommended FP to 4 other friends who haves moved to in the last 2 years. They have moved in and love it here!

Have lived here for 8 years and am happy about our decision to move in. We looked at 12 CCRC’s and found Freedom Plaza to be the best value.
My mom has been at Freedom Plaza for over two years now. She is happy and enjoying being someplace without yard and housework. She uses their Custom Care service to help with her medication, allowing her to stay in independent living. Highly recommend.
My Mother was a patient there a few weeks ago.Id like to thank the staff for their care and patience.A special thanks to Arsinio( nurse) and Amalia.Even thought my Mother speaks English,these 2 employees spoke Spanish to her and made her feel at home.The staff was very understanding and patient as my Mother is hard of hearing.Thank you and I would highly recommend

My Mom, Shirley, has been here 15 days now in the rehab care area. The staff here is wonderful! They are very committed to their patients and knowledgeable. The PT staff is excellent...always encouraging, challenging and so friendly with her. I'd like to specifically give kudos to Amalia, Arsenio, Alexis, Janelle, Bob and Chance in PT, and all of the other excellent staff in the 100 unit. Thank you!
