I have to say the kindness and attentiveness of the nurses and assisting living caregivers are surpassed by no one. Not only did my father pass his last two months of life in there in peace, he truly seemed happy and never once asked to come home or why he was there. They had home cooked meals and it’s a group home situation where the bedrooms are off the main room. The staff to patient ratio is very favorable and I never saw a soul in the place who looked neglected or not well attended to. In short the staff here are genuinely kind and caring towards the patients and it’s so clean and doesn’t smell like bleach or other fluids (if you know what i mean). In fact I can’t remember ever going there and not seeing someone in the process of cleaning or cooking or attending to patients. This place is top notch and I wish all seniors would get this quality level of care.

Visited a friend here. The house is well kept, very clean, and the staff is friendly. My friend is very happy to be here and enjoys the meals and staff!

I have nothing but good things to say about the care and attention my mother receives. Specially from Morris. He is very attentive and has more patience then I could ever imagine having. The house is very welcoming, the atmosphere is very comfortable and I feel the care is top notch. I am grateful for caring people like this that have stepped in when we haven't been able to. I would recommend them to anyone in the position of needing long term quality care.

My sister's a resident of Good Nurses Assisted Living. It's a very clean and very nice setup. They provide meals a day and extra care if somebody needs it. Some of the people in there are in wheelchairs, and some people come there just for rehab. They have their own separate rooms, and they provide the beds and TV. For my sister, it had a couple of nice little tables, and it was already there. They also provided a couple of little tables that she needed. My sister provided her own chair, and a recliner. It's very comfortable and very friendly staff. Everyone is very attentive and nice. They have an outdoor patio, and they have a huge backyard. They can sit on the patio; it has a nice couch and chairs that are padded. They've had celebrations out there that I had gone to. When they do, they serve a buffet for all the guests and the residents. The food has been very good and a very nice variety. The staff were very wonderful people. They do rotate their staff occasionally. I would highly recommend it to someone who needs assisted living. They are very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. Occasionally, when I've gone to get my sister and take her somewhere and come home or whatever, they've been preparing a meal, and what they've prepared looks good. One night, they had pork chops, and some people have soft food, they would provide that. But, for my sister, they don't prepare a special meal for her. She's vegan, and she's got her own soup and things that she wants to eat. They usually have entertainment come in once or twice a month and for birthdays and celebrating. It's music usually, and maybe singing. I was there when they had one for Christmas, they have a special time for families to come. It was very nice that they had all of this going on.

My parents were under Good Nurses care for 6 months. Very beautiful house and owner was kind as were a couple of the caregivers. However, care was what I would consider substandard. My father was bedridden, thus developed multiple bedsores. Left in wet diaper for several hours at a time. I ended up having to show one of the caregivers the best way to transport my wheelchair bound mother into the shower. Not confident training of caregivers was sufficient. After moving parents to new home, dad's bedsores are gone.
