The home is very welcoming and friendly environment. The facility is,always kept clean and well maintained. Their staff are incredibly compassionate & very attentive to the residents needs. Very supportive environment with a variety of engaging activities & delicious meals that cater to the residents dietary needs. Residents are very pleasant to talk to. Its always a beautiful feeling to see them smiling and interacting to each other specialty when they gather in the living room and watch their favorite movie. Thank you for the wonderful care. ❤🙏
Immaculate Heart of Mary Assisted Living has been a true blessing for my grandfather's care. As someone who requires support for dementia and the unique challenges that come with it--like sundowning issues and mood swings--I'm deeply grateful for their expertise and compassion. The staff handles these complex situations with incredible patience, skill, and ease, making it evident that they truly understand the needs of the aging population. Seeing how they care for my grandfather and the other residents, I'm reminded of God's work in action. Immaculate Heart of Mary's team brings such peace…

The staff handles these complex situations with incredible patience, skill, and ease, making it evident that they truly understand the needs of the aging population. Seeing how they care for my grandfather and the other residents, I'm reminded of God's work in action. Immaculate Heart of Mary's team brings such peace and stability to each day, which is priceless. They embody the verse, "Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." (Matthew 25:40). I couldn't be more thankful for the comfort they provide to both my grandfather and our entire family.
What looks good on the outside isn't what goes on on the inside. If you put your loved one in this home make sure you show up at different days and times to see what is really going on. The caregivers are substandard, will yell at the residents, ignore calls for help, and sell you a bill of goods. Also if you don't want your loved one's medical history and your financial issues talked about to everyone, do not have your loved one stay here. Anyone here needs an advocate in their corner to watch out for their well-being. They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk.
If you care about and love your family, do NOT place them here! I've witnessed many HIPAA violations, they lie, zero activities. I was a frequent visitor with my sister and witnessed police being called out for vulgar verbal confrontation between caregivers, I've witnessed EMS being called out over injuries and was present when APS made visits. BECAREFUL your family member is at risk!! They will ask you questions, then tell you all you want to hear. Make sure all care givers are legal and can do the basics (like CPR, empty a Foley bag), ask if they are trained by people who are certified to train others. THEY DO NOT CARE! Oh, and the reviews of 5 star, Lou Brillantes .. He's one of the caregivers writing the review below. I would suspect the other two are as well giving the business they work for a 5 star. I know Louie, "Lou". Shame on you Louie!
My sister was a resident at the facility. The treatment of my sister, as well as other residents was horrendous. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. I witnessed numerous act of neglect, alienation, and HIPAA violations. Do your research before sending your loved one to this facility.
My friend was a resident of this facility, I've witnessed many acts of neglect with my friend and the residents at this facility. I have also witnessed so many HIPAA violation and many altercations with the Main caregiver and other caregivers. In one occasion when I was visiting my friend their was big altercation between the main caregiver ( Ella ) and another caregiver, one of the resident had to call the police because they were screaming awful words insulting each other, the residents were all sacred. They have no activities what so ever! they don't engage with any of the residents, the residents are left in their room for hours, some screaming, other's just sitting and or laying in their beds, meanwhile you have all these caregivers just sitting and on their phone hearing some of the residents calling for help and they don't get up to help them, they are to busy being on the cell phone!! I do not recommend this place for your love ones!!
Immaculate heart is just likvuts name . The caregivers has a very kind hearted and very caring . They treat the residents as if it's their own .No matter what time , even after hours , if you need something it will be given to you . They show and let you feel their love . That's why the relatives love to visit their love ones because the people and the owner shows importance and care to their residents . I would refer anyone who is looking for a home forntheir love ones at IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY
Mom is at Guiding Angels Assisted Living and it's a private home. She has a private room, they decorate it to the person's taste, and they put in new furniture for her. The owner is very responsive, everybody is tender, caring, and they have a 24-hour staff. It's very convenient and they had an open-door policy, so I can come and go.
