My sister put my mom in this facility. Finally, I went to go over there. My mom was sitting in shit. They’re my mom is supposed to go to doctors appointment because my mom has a tumor on her head. They put a hose to her head to empty out the bladder but they are supposed to remove it. My mom has missed many appointments been in this facility. I am not sure if my mom is good or not but all I know is that they’re not doing speech therapy with my mother or any activities of walking or even Getting better my mom still cannot talk and cannot get up on her own still if they don’t work on this, my…

My mom will never talk again if they don’t do the speech therapy with her. my sister abandoned her here and barely come see her. She has also recommend that none of the family members are allowed to take my mother on a walk. She hears voices. She’s bipolar schizophrenic schizophrenic, and should not be allowed to make those decisions for my mom. she was only supposed to help out with medical wise and making sure my mom speech therapy was good. She recently told us that she wanted nothing to do with my mom because of her childhood life. how can she go putting restrictions on my mother it is wrong. I would actually give this review a one star because this is a bad facility for any elder My mother Mary Butler deserves better than this I also wanted to mention that the lady upfront that’s in the front office with the blonde hair. She is definitely a rude lady. I also wanted to add. That I think they should have phones in the room, I think they should be able to make a phone call with a cell phone or not. It was very difficult for my mom to answer her cell phone so I think it's much more easier for the company to put phones in the rooms why not it? Builds a little bit more freedom for the elderly. I mean, come on now.They are stuck in there
The employees are super nice, the facility is kept super clean, the meals are delicious, most of all its a family filled environment, its worth sending those you love to get there rehabilitation.

Every nurse and cnas all amazing!! The food was amazing. I'm sure my weight was put on by the amazing food. I ate every thing every meal!! Rehabilitation was amazing! I hadn't used my left arm for 2 years. I'm able to use and hopefully no Surgery. Everyone was so helpful !
The last time I was there, I had a decent time, the nurses and great and are doing a great job of taking care of their patients
This place is horrible. I have eczema they could not accommodate my needs. I had to order my own soap and wash my own clothes. I nearly died there I kept telling them something was wrong with my breathing. The doc didn't check my lungs the wound nurse did but didn't send anyone just put orders in. I told them I needed to go to the hospital but they waited till my 4pm foot appointment to take me then had all the extras, blood work then the foot doc told me I had pneumonia. I was upset..I couldn't breath..my family member came for me n I checked myself out and went to my home hospital for the rest of my cate. Terrible place..I would not recommend and the Pictures they advertise is front of the building and not the other parts of the building.
The staff are truly compassionate, attentive, and go above and beyond to make every resident feel comfortable and valued. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and it’s clear that everyone here is treated like family. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands.
I would definitely put no stars on this.! This place is a joke!,If you want your love ones to come over here and die quickly because of neglect then this is the place for you! IF YOUR LOVED ONE FALLS, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU KNOW.MY MOTHER DIED HERE WITH A BROKEN HIP THAT WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT UNTIL AFTER A BROKEN NOSE BECAUSE SHE FELL ON HER FACE BUMPS AND BRUISES EVERYWHERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.IT'S FAKE! FIRST OF ALL THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH WORKERS! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!!!! AND ANOTHER THING, IF YOUR LOVED ONE FALLS OR ANYTHING.THEY DO NOT WANT TO SEND THEM TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET CHECKED.THEY JUST PASS IT ON LIKE NOTHING! THIS PLACE HAS BEEN SUED SO MANY TIMES!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE DO YOUR HOMEWORK.DO YOU RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PUT ANYBODY YOU LOVE IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! ANOTHER THING THE HOSPITAL SENT MY SISTER THERE.FOR WHAT I DO NOT.KNOW SHE DIED THE NEXT DAY!!! THEY ONLY TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY.AND THAT'S THE TRUTH !!!!!
