3.7 · 201 reviewsHaven Health is a wonderful facility. Ty the Case Manager is so helpful and is always able to solve any type of problem. The nurses and Therapy team do such an incredible job. If my loved ones ever need a skilled nursing stay again we would definitely come back!
My mother received outstanding care at Haven Health Scottsdale during her post-chemoradiation recovery and treatment for a serious infection. Despite initial hesitation based on other reviews, I’m so glad we chose this facility. The receptionists, nurses, therapists, and support staff were all exceptional…responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in her recovery. While healthcare is never perfect, Haven Health Scottsdale delivered compassionate, competent care that made a real difference during a critical time. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
I recently spent a couple of weeks at Haven Health Scottsdale. The staff was amazing and I am quote sure they helped save my life. Though all the staff was great, a few stood out and one in particular was Ty. He was always friendly, professional and showed a real interest in my health issues. He went above expectations of what a caregiver provides and assisted with getting prescriptions filled when I met sme road blocks. He stuck with it and stayed in touch with me until the issues were resolved. If for some reason I find myself in an inpatient environment again Ty set a high bar for anyone…

I have come to believe this place is a joke, all they want is insurance money. My granddaughter has overdosed twice, when then put them in sober living their on their own no supervision and brag on how much weed and wine they sneak in. They don’t know enough about KRATOM to treat a patient, KRATOM stays in the system for 60 to 90 day with out being detected, so they get released after 30 days for sober living and their out looking for more KRATOM because they shout of been kept in therapy away from that freedom for 60-90 day so it’s completely out of their system, all they want is insurance money. After a few days off of KRATOM it can’t be detected so they think they did their job and they haven’t because they don’t know enough and this drug, so now let’s put them in Sober living where’s there’s plenty of drugs being dropped off, now let’s let them go the the store in supervised and and they go to the vape shop buy KRATOM and OD again. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. They more drugs in there then out on the streets. I will be filing charges on this Place. Please don’t put a family member in this place… there better places out there that care, not just for the money and insurance…. Shame on all of you you will be investigated…..I will be dealing with Victor the boss who actually find true help for these people that want to get clean. Not this place of fraud. Julianna Shaffer
I have seen so much improvement in this particular Haven Health over the past few months! Every time I visit I see residents enjoying activities with staff like cooking, games, community socials, and exercises. I’ve also seen the care and work both CNA’s and Maintenance staff have put into caring for the residents and there are no complaints. They definitely have a strong community and treat everyone like part of an extended family.
I had a great stay at haven health scottsdale, and I specifically want to give a shoutout to Hayden on the maintenance team. Their professionalism really stood out. They were incredibly attentive to the neatness of the property, ensuring that everything was spotless and functioning perfectly. It is clear they take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Highly recommend!
My relative was at Honor Health Osborn and then went to Haven of Scottsdale for rehab care. At first, he couldn’t walk and needed help just to get out of bed. Now he is walking on his own and doesn’t need any assistance. We are incredibly grateful to the team at Haven of Scottsdale for helping our loved one regain his strength and independence. Their care truly made a difference in his recovery.
