4.5 · 366 reviewsThe therapy here is immaculate. I have progress so much thanks to their team. The nursing staff is amazing as well. They’re always on top of my medication. The one issue I do have is the lack of communication with social services in regards to my stay here. There are basically no updates. I have to go out of my way and ask. Thankfully they have valets that check up on me daily and are always available for questions.
Since arriving at haven i have already made good progress. Everyone has been extremely kind with me. I chose to come here because I have been here before and had a good experience. I would highly recommend this facilty.
It is my time here at haven of yuma. I chose this place due to their Google rating and I dont regret it one bit. The therapy team has made have significant progress since arriving. I am now able to walk longer distances. I have 0 complaints about the nursing staff. I am grateful for the entire haven staff

With therapy I have made progressed really well. I wake up more positive with everyday that passes by. The nurses/assistants have been a huge help with my progress as well. I have become more and more independent as time goes on.
understaffed for supposedly nursing personnel. diabetics are disregarded for hours with highest readings. palliative care from supposedly VA intervention is null. pay offs for the last dignity is not there. three loved ones, all not on a free ride,other than serving our country. which it shows our last disgrace to them . a veterans, sister, brother in law and one more.
Of all the places I could be to do my rehab, this is an excellent choice. The staff is wonderful, medication does take a while at times.
Therapy has been a lot of help since arriving. I can't move that much as it is but they have helped me regain some movement. The nursing staff is just a good. Always willing to help
Since arriving here at Haven of Yuma, I feel like I've improved a little bit. I've been sent out to the hospital a few times and always choose to come back. Their admission valets are always there to greet me upon admission. They always have everything ready when Im on my way back. They always make sure my belongings are in my room if there's a roomchange done when I'm gone. The CNAs on the floor are sometimes a little bit slow to answer my call light but I understand I'm not the only resident here. Overall it's a good place for rehab.
