4.5 · 50 reviewsThey unfortunately have an employee that works at this facility and steals wipes, patients belongings and pockets patients medications, her name is Marisol Mendoza. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take your loved ones to this place that dismisses all of this. So sad.
Watch your wallet.Dad died after 5 days with cancer. They kept the whole $10,000 For first and last month rent. What deceased person pays last month rent. Tried calling management with phone calls and texts. Pam never responded.
I was living in Hereford and got to a point thqt I could not take of my wife and myself and the house. Looked around at other facilities and decided to pick Hummingbird Resort Living as a place of residence. This was December 2023, January 2024 we moved in. There were growing paines when converting from a hotel to senior living spaces. We lived through it all. My wife was well taken care of and enjoyed working with the staff. I've seen staff members come and go, and they always brought in superior staff in replacing the needs more training personnel.

This place is awesome. I can not say enough good things about it. I highly recommend it for a place for your love one.
This place is going from bad to worse! I'm so sorry for the poor vulnerable residents. I noticed poor management, lack of training, poor communication, unresponsive management, some residents are left unclean, without proper nutrition and hydration. Management only focus on profit over people, and cost cutting measures. The building is too old, and have a bad odor, there is mold on the walls. Many residents passed away last month, they health deteriorate suddenly fast. Seriously is so sad what is going on on this place.
Beware, best way to describe this place is lipstick on a pig. First impression looks nice in the lobby area. It’s being ran poorly no communication and what they are serving to the residents is such poor quality. Dining room was closed for over a week, last week. No communication as to why first said 2 people had pneumonia then someone said issues with exhaust nobody really knows what’s the truth. Food delivered to all residents room served cold not warm. Here’s a picture of the food being served. When they opened they had chefs. Obviously they cut back on having chefs. Here’s pictures of the food being served. They should be ashamed. When trying to reach out for answers nobody answers the phone goes to voicemail. The lack of staff is bad. Do not be fooled they claim resort living. I would not leave a family or friend here. Taking ours out of here.
My mother has lived at Hummingbird for 6 months. I moved her from a different facility, in Tucson, and I’m so glad I did! The facility is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! My mother is a bit of an introvert, so doesn’t join in for many of the activities, but she lives the bingo games and there’s always something going on! The food is great and the dining room has tablecloths, so it looks like a restaurant, not a cafeteria. One thing I especially appreciate is that the residents are treated with dignity! My mother also loves her room, complete with a private bathroom and kitchenette. So glad we found Hummingbird!!
