4.5 · 101 reviewsMy Dad fell on Saturday night and it took 45 minutes for anyone to respond. He had pushed his respond button four times and his wife had pushed hers four times. Finally, one person responded and she wasn't strong enough to get him up off the floor so she pushed him as he scooted back to his bedroom. This is totally unacceptable as we are paying $8,000 a month for them to live here. It would be better to live in an apt. and call 911.
So hard to reach anyone here without the AI bots on the telephone and chat line. though looks like a nice place from the pictures.
A mom has a place out there is very lovely what we saw ❤️

I had my grandma at Silver Birch of Avondale and overall we had a great experience. The facility is clean, welcoming, and always felt like a comfortable place for her. One thing I loved was walking in and smelling the great food, it really gave it a homey feel. My grandma stayed active with the activities and enjoyed being part of the community. The staff was kind, patient, and truly caring, which gave our family peace of mind. While there were small areas that could improve, it never took away from the overall positive experience. I’m grateful for the care my grandma received and would definitely recommend this community.

Kim was very warm and friendly, she toldus all that the pace had to offer and msve me fill like was part of a family. I loved the apartment and the weight room.
We toured this facility in anticipation of placing our mom here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The facility is beautiful and inviting and the apartments are very functional and large. Safety is a priority and they take time to make sure the needs of the residents are met.
I took a tour today. Pro’s include what smelled like a delicious meal being prepared, adequate rooms and a workout room. The con’s were that it appeared that the residents tend to stay in their rooms because despite there being an activity scheduled, no one was participating. I only saw 2 residents out of their room. Also, there isn’t anything offered in level 6 care that is more involved than what level 1 receives, but it costs more.
