This facility is very warm and inviting. The front desk greeted me with a warm smile and welcome. My family is here and the staff taking care of her are very attentive. I have no concerns about her care and I am very pleased and grateful.
They have taken great care of my Mom during her rehab! The staff are very welcoming and informative. They allow family/caretakers to sit in on PT sessions so we can better help them when they get home. I'm very pleased with the level of care, cleanliness and my Mom liked the food too!
My husband just went today and I was very impressed how the transfer went. He was treated very well and settled in comfortably. I felt very welcome when I went. So far, so good. He has been there for over a week now, and I couldn't be happier. He (and everybody who visits) is treated with respect and dignity. An employee named Maris has been exceptional. They are all fantastic. Thank you all for your wonderful care of my loved one!
I was visiting a friend early Friday evening. I don't know much about the facility. It was clean and there was no activity around. I noticed several rooms that I assume are used for the recreation, dining and exercise . It was unfortunate that nothing was happening anywhere as it was a Friday. I can't speak to much about the care provided except the woman I visited assured me the food was good and the personal was very nice to her
My mom recently had a short stay at Life Care Center of North Glendale after previously being at Paradise Valley last year and I can honestly say the team here was just as excellent. From the moment she arrived, the admission team made the process smooth and welcoming, and the DON Toni was absolutely wonderful throughout her stay. The communication, compassion, and attention of the admission team was also on point. They gave my mom lots of care, rehab and attention during her two-week rehab stay truly made a difference in her recovery. Thanks to the care and support she received, she is now back on track and doing so much better. Our family is very grateful to the entire team at Life Care Center of North Glendale for the outstanding care they provided. Side note: Our aunt who lives in Las Vegas needed rehab after a hip replacement and the one in Las Vegas was great, no disappointments with her care either. It’s reassuring to know there is a facility that consistently provides such compassionate and professional care to families like ours. THANK YOU THANK YOU!
I was very happy with the front staff, even though giving me directions was about 2 sentences and I was left standing there with my fianc's dog wandering around to find his room. When I got to his floor no one said a word to me as they seemed more agitated about me being his 2 care dogs to see him as this was supposed to be animal friendly. I had them on extremely short leases and friendly isn't the word I would use, more stand offish. My fiance can't call me unless he gets wheeled all of the way to the nurses station but yet he has a phone next to his bed. I was there for about 30 min, and after walking out to ask for a cup of water and the staff looked at me annoyed and yelled "yes"? I simply stated I just needed a cup of water and I'm sure it being a massive inconvenience to her she was less then happy I disrupted her. I've been a caregiver for almost 9 years and I've realized that there are people who simply shouldn't be allowed to work in this profession. If you don't have true compassion and respect for patients and their families, you shouldn't be in this line of work. If you don't want to work in a place that claims to be pet friendly then either don't claim that or don't work where there do. These familiar are going through so much already, they don't need to be railroaded by any rehab place that is simply there to help them get home.
Pleasant caregivers evident
Attentive and friendly staff. Impressive
