Just a visitor. When you walk in, it seems quite nice. Then proceed to the patient rooms. They need more staff to care for these people. The staff that was there seemed very nice, but you can tell that they are overwhelmed with the number of patients that they are caring for. The halls smelled horrific. They do make a healthcare oder eliminator. They have construction going on and the water was turned off. No announcement made and we had my cousins hair all soaped up. Asked for some water bottles, staff didn't seem to care about our predicament. Pass the buck, is what we got. Again, patient…

I’m almost positive the people here are not properly trained. They man-handle the patients very roughly and seem more like glorified babysitters than medical professionals. Would not recommend placing your loved ones in this facility if you care about them. My family member was placed here for several days before it was discovered that the nurse call light didn’t even work. There was trash and dead bugs in her room when she first arrived. An opioid pill was found on the floor in her room (one that she wasn’t even prescribed, so not hers that could have dropped) and when we came in to visit…

An opioid pill was found on the floor in her room (one that she wasn’t even prescribed, so not hers that could have dropped) and when we came in to visit one day there was a dirty diaper just tossed on a chair in the corner. And to top it all off, another patient had stopped my cousin to tell her to get our family member out as soon as we could when he overheard our concerns. Honestly, negative stars if possible. This place is the worst.
Everyone in this facility is GREAT. Very attentive, very caring, extremely friendly. Especially Darlene!! Thank you all for taking care of our Mother. God bless you all
My mom came back in terrible condition. A bloody rash on her but and private area. The briefs were obviously not changed very often. The management refused to give me the cleaning protocols which is actually a federal law to comply with. An eye infection was only treated after I mentioned that she had one. It had gone untreated/not noticed for 3 days. A floor exercise bike that I had brought went missing/stolen. All her clothes were gone. Replaced by a few items of someone elses old clothes. 1000$ prescription reading glasses gone. I am pursuing legal measures. DON'T USE!!!
Our family had a very positive experience with Lifecare Center during my dad’s recent stay. What stood out most was the continuity of care coming out of St. Joseph’s Hospital—there was a clear throughline in his treatment plan, and it felt like nothing fell through the cracks during that transition. That gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful time. Dr. Alrabadi’s involvement was consistent and reassuring. We felt that my dad’s medical needs were being actively monitored and thoughtfully managed, rather than just maintained. The physical and occupational therapy teams were truly excellent. They were engaged, encouraging, and attentive to where my dad actually was each day. We saw real effort put into helping him regain strength and function, and they communicated clearly about progress and expectations. Overall, the team provided steady, coordinated care that supported both his recovery and our peace of mind. We’re grateful for the role they played in helping him move forward.
