They have been there for awhile, which means the management is really good to their people. I've been many other places and haven't seen as much patient with the people that live there.This would be a great place for my parents to be.
I honestly am so grateful for Ramona and her team. My mother in law was my best friend, my baby. When viewing homes for her after rehab facilities were not enough, I went to several places to find a great fit. I met Ramona, I chose her home immediately. The environment was literally home. I was there nearly every day and I became part of the family. I was not there when my love passed. But Ramona and her staff was with her at bedside. She passed very comfortable "I will tell myself". I honestly am so grateful for Ramona and her team. My mother in law was my best friend, my baby. I was there nearly every day and I became part of the family. I was not there when my love passed. But Ramona and her staff was with her at bedside. She passed very comfortable "I will tell myself". This place became my home away from home, my family. I will always be grateful for how hard you fought with me to keep her going. She was ready, and felt comfortable enough with you to leave her earthly body. There are not enough stars to give you. Thank you, I love you so much Ramona!
Loyale Assisted Living has far surpassed all expectations. The staff are exceptionally attentive, consistently going the extra mile to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their passion for what they do truly shines through. The entire community is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s evident that the residents’ well-being is their highest priority — I couldn’t recommend it more enthusiastically.

I want to thank [name removed] and all the staff at Loyale Assisted Living for the love and care they gave to my mom. My mom came from a larger memory care home that was not a good fit. Loyale Assisted Living is a real home that always took great care of her. Home cooked meals, lovely atmosphere, and caring staff. [name removed] is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and always made sure my mom had the best care. She has incredible resources. I never worried as the staff are exceptional. My mom passed away recently. I honestly can’t think of a better situation than having her last days in a safe place where she was loved. Thank you so much.

Our family has sooo many wonderful memories of the last eight months our 85 year old mother spent at the Loyale Assisted Living facility before she passed. But isn't that the point!?!? The staff at Loyale do such WONDERFUL and MEMORABLE celebrations of people's lives!!! Our family is beyond grateful that our dear, sweet mother was able to spend her last months on Earth at such a fine facility. Their home, and it really feels like a home, is BEYOND impeccably clean, and the attention to care, and the concern for their patients' welfare is EXEMPLARY!!! I recall when one their long-term patients was in the hospital, and Ramona (the owner) was concerned he wasn't being fed properly. SHE LITERALLY WENT TO THE HOSPITAL TO FEED HIM EVERYDAY. They CARE, and that's the point!!! MANY thanks to the Rau family, we are forever in your debt.
Loyale is more than a facility to take care of others, they are family. My brother was with them for years and he felt like the staff was sisters and brothers. I could not be happier with all of their support and thoughtfulness in taking care of him. The care they provided for him was exceptional. It was his home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
