4.8 · 22 reviewsThey were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for nicer folks. The care they provided for Mom was phenomenal. Our father was the most frequent visitor. He came by daily, and they took care of him as well, fed him, things of that nature. They were just wonderful. They're clearly qualified to do what they're doing, and I would recommend them to anyone. Things couldn't have worked out any better.
I was impressed with the community. They do their own cooking, and it is extremely clean and it is very good and they kept us up to date on everything. I would definitely recommend this community to others
This facility is nice clean, bright and inviting. The caregivers are attentive, caring. I have been there visiting numerous times. I would love to send my mom to this facility when time comes.

Magda's Family Home was referred to me by A Place For Mom. I had spent days visiting all the skilled nursing centers in the Valley, trying desperately to find a nice place, within my father-in-law's budget. It was depressing, but at the end of the day, I spoke to A Place For Mom and they suggested Magda's place and gave them rave reviews. They were very close to my father-in-law's home. Immediately, upon meeting [names removed], I knew it was PERFECT! They are a very loving, compassionate, and very attentive couple. They have an excellent knowledge of the process, medicine, hospice care and over all management of one's medical care. My mother-in-law, as well as the entire family, was very happy with her move to Magda's. She was able to get a private room, which made it very comfortable for my father-in-law to spend all visiting hours at her bedside. Our family developed a very strong friendship with the Magdas and we also so appreciate all the care and love they showered on my mother-in-law. It was such a relief to know, every day, that my mother-in-law was in good hands, getting lots of attention, and felt she was part of their family!
We are so pleased with the care mom received at Magda's Family Home Care. Mom was especially difficult to care for but [Name removed] and [Name removed] treated her with the patience and direction she needed throughout her stay. We are so grateful for them.
I combed the net trying to find the right place at a price my family could afford and felt lost. I called A Place for Mom and they responded immediately and gave us the info we needed to make a good decision; that ultimately led us to Magda’s Family Home Care. [Removed] gets the highest possible marks on all counts. They are exceptionally clean, efficient, kind and pleasant. They keep us up on any happenings and have helped us get the best medical care for my Mother-in-law. I highly recommend them!
My friend did wonderfully when she lived here. It is the best place that you could place anyone in. She was so happy and she loved it there. They were so nice to her.
