3.9 · 231 reviewsMy father-in-law stayed at Mi Casa Nursing Center for 18 days and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, lots of smiles all around, and very helpful. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The physical therapists were great. The doctor visited every day to check in. He felt very well cared for. For us, we couldn’t have been more grateful for the expert assistance of the case manager, Susan. She helped us immensely with all aspects of his care during and after his stay at Mi Casa.

After undergoing hospitalization for a stroke, I had to find a skilled nursing facility for my wife to get rehabilitation. The hospital provided a list of nursing facilities that are in my Medicare part C insurance network. Reading online reviews of these facilities uncovered mixed results. Most facilities were not highly regarded by the people that reviewed them. However, my daughter knew several people who have had relatives that stayed in some of these facilities and Mi Casa tended to get higher reviews. My experience with Mi Casa has been positive. After undergoing hospitalization for a stroke, I had to find a skilled nursing facility for my wife to get rehabilitation. The hospital provided a list of nursing facilities that are in my Medicare part C insurance network. Reading online reviews of these facilities uncovered mixed results. Most facilities were not highly regarded by the people that reviewed them. However, my daughter knew several people who have had relatives that stayed in some of these facilities and Mi Casa tended to get higher reviews. My experience with Mi Casa has been positive. The nursing staff have been outstanding. The speech, occupational, and physical therapy people have just been marvelous working with my wife. However Mi Casa suffers the same criticism as many other facilities, that is the lack of nursing staff. Many times my wife will go for hours without anybody stopping in to check on her. If the call button is pushed, response time could be anywhere from a few minutes to almost a half an hour or more. Other than that, I am more than satisfied with the service my wife is getting at me casa.

I was visiting my brother-in-law, Rob Lee, in room 608. Gloria was superb, took excellent care of him, was compassionate, and very attentive.
Nice place to rehab. Need to work on response time, when you press the button. I know it's hard sometimes to get over quickly. I would recommend them for rehab, physical and occupational therapy is very good.
This is our second stay here. I want to thank all of you for the helped you gave to my father. Your caring in gentle ways were a gift to us. From Julie and Yvonne greetings us to Susan the case manager Amelia and Jackie who were so helpful to us and the nurses Gabby, Kylie,Allisa Tanya ,Jennifer, Mae, Amy ,Alma, Josie. Janet, Isaac etc.and to all the Aides etc. I am so grateful for their giving hearts. The PPT and OT staff were awesome and supportive. You all make a great team. Thank you and God bless

For years I have worked closely with Mi Casa in my senior placement role, and I can genuinely say they’ve earned every bit of this 5-star review. Their therapy and rehab department is truly outstanding. They have consistently strong outcomes, great communication and a level of dedication that stands out compared to many other facilities I work with. Susan, the case manager, deserves special recognition. She is compassionate, proactive, and always on top of communication, which makes a huge difference for families and referral partners alike. Since Ron stepped in as the new Director, the facility has seen a lot of positive changes. The culture feels stronger, staff morale is noticeably better and operations seem smoother and more resident-focused. Overall, this is a team that genuinely cares and continues to improve. Highly recommend.
