Because they moved into tempe area where its loud and knowing it was a college town, made complaints of noise and people. Causing one of our favorite place to shut down R.I.P shady park

Amazing place
Not a fan. Do not think most of Tempe is either.
Staff truly care about tge residents.
Before moving in here it should be understood that there is a pretty deep dislike for this place and by extension the people who reside in it because of the decisions the management has made in response to the surrounding college community.
