4.3 · 54 reviewskeep your family far away from this assisted living facility you have a lady named Maria and housekeeping that is very rude loud and disrespectful to everybody around her she makes a scene like you're standing on the corner ready to fight or something which is very embarrassing I'm just giving some advice from experience of being at that location my mother is in assisted living and I'll be very scared for her to be in a place like that
So rude to me.
Luis and his team at Morning star have been great. Fast at responding back, always available to answer questions my clients have, and they go above and beyond for my patients that have moved in to their communities. What a wonderful team!!

I cannot say enough, spectacular things about this community in the heart of Arcadia! First of all, thank you so much to Luis & Alex for your attentiveness to my clients needs and fantastic communication. When I toured they had live musical entertainment that my client thoroughly enjoyed with a lively crowd. We toured an apartment home that boasted amazing views of Camelback Mountain. There were beautiful outdoor courtyard areas with a fireplace barbecue resident garden and more. What a gorgeous place to call home and I will definitely return with future clients looking in the Arcadia area.
Amazing facility with amazing staff! Always clean, comforting and welcoming to all! Luis is so attentive and excited to make Morningstar a great place for everyone. Latoya and her do provide nothing short of great care. Highly recommend!
I am very concerned with all these less than honest reviews for this Luis person... I was doing a review check, and notice 4 or 5 of the last reviews are from Employees at other Morningstar Communities in the area. A simple name check showed me 3 or 4 current employess made reviews on here in the last 2 days saying they took tours.... Can someone tell me the benefit of your employees doing this to make false reviews and mislead people instead of having a honest rating. This Luis person has now made it where I cancelled my tour with the company and I hope everyone reading this will do the same. This is UNREAL at best and hopefully the company can stop this type of false misleading tactics because honest reviews are needed when placing loved ones in a community where honesty and integrity MATTERS... Please address this immediately..
My grandma just moved into Morningstar and she has been super happy, thank you to the care staff for making it a smooth experience.
I was invited to a dementia presentation and I was very impressed with how clean and welcoming the staff was. Thank you Shannon and Luis for a great presentation.
