4.3 · 11 reviewsThe Mt Vista group is EXACTLY the place for loving, thoughtful, and constant care. They respect my Mother and are available anytime we have questions. The care plan is maintained and followed. The home is clean, and decorated appropriately for the observation of holidays. The staff lives on site to account for consistent loving and attentive care. I would highly recommend any home that Mt Vista manages .
I was afraid my budget was too small. However with in 12 hours A Pace for Mom found me a location close to us. The home is beautiful. With a staff that loves what they do. We are free to come visit anytime. It allowed us to give Mom a place that makes her HAPPY! We can be a family again, and not over stressed caregivers THANKS to the 24/7 helpline. I left a message and was able to get a good night sleep again.
The quality of care provided at this group home is excellent. There has been no staff turnover and the caregivers are very kind and thorough in the care they provide. I highly recommend this group home.

Mountain Vista Manor was an individual home. It's not really large and kind of crowded. It seemed that most of the people they were caring for were quite disabled. They were either bed bound or chair bound and couldn't move without assistance. From what I have noticed, most of the residents were not able to participate in the activities. The staff was very nice, cordial, and showed us around the house. The place was kind of dark and didn't really have a cheery kind of atmosphere, but the staff was very pleasant.
I work in the medical equipment field and have stopped by here numerous times. They are always so helpful to me retrieving or delivering DME. I can also see that they treat the residents extremely well.
I am very happy with Mountain Vista Manor. My friend is doing very well there. Even though he has had some physical problems, they have been giving him very good care. The food is excellent. My friend is gaining weight, so that makes me very happy. My friend is not able to care for himself, but he has a very nice room for himself. When he moved in, there were two beds in there, but they had moved one out, so he has the room to himself. He gets three meals a day. The staff is very good. They are there everyday. I have not seen any changes in the staff since he has been there, which is a real nice deal.
Truly one of the nicest care homes I've ever been in. The quality of this home supersedes any care home in the area. Very impressed!
My husband is adjusting well to his new environment. The place is clean and well cared for. I visit 3-5 days a week and mostly I am on top of things but if there are concerns or questions I do have the staff is there to answer them and they are friendly and helpful. The community does offer activities and social events but my husband chooses not do any of that. I would recommend them if you are looking.
