This place is amazing! My in-laws moved in about a month ago, and they are thriving! They went from being very isolated at their house to having a ton of new friends and attending all of the fun events they have every week. The staff really cares and goes above and beyond for their residents. Having them in a safe place where staff is at the ready is so valuable, and then life being made so much easier with meals, cleaning, and laundry being done is a huge weight off all of our shoulders. Highly recommend Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead!
Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead truly feels like family. From the moment my mom and I walked through the doors, we’ve both been treated with such genuine care and respect. One of the things that stands out most to me is how every team member—from the CEO to the caretakers—knows the residents by name and meets them where they are, honoring their reality and unique needs. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. It has a classy yet comfortable feel that brings peace of mind. I know my mom is well cared for, understood, and surrounded by people who truly care. I feel incredibly grateful we found Orchard Pointe for my mom—it’s a special place where compassion is clearly at the heart of everything they do.
Great walk through with Patty. New nice place. Clean and professional.
I have been working with the team at the facility for some time. I had to find a safe place for my mom who is 93yo. We are a military family and I knew she needed to have more interaction and care than what my wife and I could do. We didn't realize that she needed more socialization. While doing our search mom's health declined and she went from needing Assisted Living to needing Memory Support. She moved in and is doing amazing. They help her stay busy and she is happy enjoying music and conversations. There are always activities for her to enjoy. She particularly loves the birthday parties. Orchard Pointe Arrowhead team is a real blessing to our family and our mom. The staff is very friendly and mom says she enjoys feeling safe. I am glad we found Orchard Pointe. Please thank Sylvia and the all her team they made mom's life better!
As a professional photographer, I work with a variety of senior living facilities and by far, Heritage Communities and all of their Orchard Pointe locations, including the one here at Arrowhead are at the top of their class! There is so much JOY in the residents and the teams that work with them and there is a true sense of comradery, family and connection. As seniors age, mental and physical capacity may become diminished, but there is still so much spark in the residents I have worked with here and I truly believe it's because the teams working for the communities foster such a wonderful spirit of love and togetherness. They speak hopefully, lovingly and faithfully and it really reflects in the faces and eyes of those who live here. They are committed to loving the residents and you see it! I am not just saying this because I have worked with them for several years doing marketing photography, but because I truly do see a special difference in these communities. Heritage is truly top-notch and a place I've already started comfortably recommending to family friends, because I believe they have something truly special. --Alicia, Owner of Beba Photography
Some of the lower ratings were patient fault. Patient did not choose to participate in activities and had poor appetite. Also my friend was only a resident for a few months and then required transfer to mental support area but staff was very supportive. We initially chose this facility due to the location, pleasant staff and cleanliness of the facility. Pleasant overall for short term experience. Only main concern was lack of medical supervision....more custodial than physician involvement.
I can't say enough about my experience with this facility. Absolutely A plus. The staff and administration as well as the nurses and all the care people are top notch. They did an amazing job taking care of my mother. I can't rate them high enough.
Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead had everything my mother-in-law would need. The facility's only been there six years and she is going to be in a one-bedroom. It's very spacious. The dining room is located in the same building she'll be residing in. Some of the others we looked at (not all), you have to leave the building to get to your dinners. It's a beautiful place. The staff are extremely friendly and you can tell they love their jobs. They have a hair salon inside, which is very important for my mother-in-law. I think the view was lovely. The feel of the building was very updated and contemporary, yet homey at the same time. The dining room looked very new. It's not too big, not too small, and the residents can order off of the menu for each meal. Of all the places I've looked at, this is my favorite. I've met six or seven people, from the housekeeper to the accountant, to the office manager, to the executive director, and to the one that even gave me a tour, and they were all amazing.
