3.8 · 160 reviews. Everyone has been wonderful, and I dont want to single any one person out. It’s a group effort here at plaza. If one person falls behind or needs help, another staff member steps in to help. The entire staff are just outgoing and willing to offer assistance should you ever need.
They took very good care of my mother. She needed physical therapy to rebuild her strength after several difficult weeks in the hospital. They truly helped her so she could return home and be able to care for herself with minimal fall risks and limited home care. Thank you Plaza Healthcare. Your ability to facilitate her PD made it possible for my mom to be rehabilitated.
Plaza Healthcare, was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was nice and the nurses were very carying and took great care of me. My physical therapy was spot on and they made sure I put forth the effort. I had my own room with a bathroom and cable t.v.. Meals are descent and if you don't like what Plaza is serving you can order from the dinner. Yes, they have a dinner. My overall experience was wonderful and I recomend this establishment. Thank you Plaza Healthcare for taking great care of me and my needs.

ZERO STARS. Funny how Plaza only responds to the good reviews. My husband came here after a triple bypass with multiple complications. Our goal was simple: decannulate his trach, focus on PT/OT, and get him home within 2½ months, and they immediately said they’d “reassess in 6 months.” Over the two months he was there, the neglect was unbelievable. He was left sitting in his own feces for over 4 hours despite having a stage 4 bed wound. I had to make multiple calls just to get someone to clean him. Staff also spoke to him in degrading ways, like he was less than human. When I noticed serious cognitive decline, I brought it to Dr. D and was brushed off. PT noticed it too, and he still ignored it. If I had listened to him and not demanded a transfer back to Chandler Regional Medical Center, my husband would have died there. He was going septic from a UTI, had MRSA, and a fungal infection in his reopened heart incision. Plaza delayed action and dismissed concerns. The day after transfer, Chandler Regional performed emergency surgery and placed a wound VAC. Plaza claimed his “anxiety” was why he couldn’t get off the ventilator, even though he arrived there not on one. They put him on max settings for weeks. Chandler got him off the ventilator in 3 days. They also said he’d never get off dialysis—he was off dialysis within 6 days at Chandler. This place is motivated by money, not patient recovery. I truly believe they prolong care for ventilator, dialysis, and long-term insurance money. I would never recommend Plaza to anyone who actually wants their loved one to recover and come home.
