I can’t say enough great things about this facility and Social Services team at this facility, who made a stressful process feel manageable from the very beginning. A huge thank you to Jenn, Brooke, and Emma for going above and beyond, clearly explaining insurance coverage and patiently guiding us through the ALTCS application while answering every question. Their knowledge and compassion gave our family real peace of mind. What stood out most was their dedication to creating a safe and successful discharge plan, including coordinating home health services and ensuring all necessary resources were in place. They were proactive, responsive, and truly invested in our loved one’s safe transition home. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a team that genuinely advocates for residents and families. Also, very clean environment which is appreciated!
Our experience at this skilled nursing facility was wonderful from start to finish. Mealtimes felt more like a social event than a routine, and the dining staff were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. What really made this facility special, though, was the overall culture. The staff always seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that positivity carried through every interaction. From caregivers to activity coordinators to dining staff, everyone worked together as a team and treated residents like family. We are very grateful for the warm, caring environment and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be engaged, well cared for, and truly valued.
Ridgecrest Post Acute provided me with exceptional care with a team that truly puts patients first. The nursing staff and CNAs are compassionate, attentive, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. The therapy department is knowledgeable and encouraging, helping residents make meaningful progress every day. Housekeeping keeps the facility clean and welcoming, while the dietary staff prepares enjoyable meals. Every department works together to create a supportive, caring environment, making Ridgecrest Post Acute a wonderful place for quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

Ridgecrest Post Acute is a great place. First impressions are welcoming and professional. The staff I met during my tour were friendly, halls were clean and organized. The handful of residents I saw during my tour were happy and some were having friendly conversations with nurse or therapist that was sitting with them. They have great health inspection results, staffing and quality metrics posted by Medicare. You can tell that the Administrator and Director of Nursing really care about providing great care and outcomes-just a small conversation with them showed that.
My grandma has been to multiple facilities in the valley and I can confidently say that Ridgecrest Post Acute has truly been a blessing for all of us, especially her. She is thriving and loving life at Ridgecrest. The nursing team has taken exceptional care of her and it is amazing to see how positive she is about her success through therapy. Beautiful facility and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
When I was looking for a place for my mother for to be rehabilitated, Ridgecrest was the best place. I had checked out other places, but Ridgecrest is the best. My mother has been in Ridgecrest for three days and I will tell you the nurses the technicians and the nurses aid they are all fantastic my mom commence them all the time in them always helping her. I wanted to spread the word because when it comes to your parents, specially, once that you really care about that, they took care of you over the years now it’s your turn to take care of them. You want the best place for them. This place is definitely the best. I highly recommend it to people with elderly parents or to anyone that needs to be rehabilitated, they will take care of them sincerely, Todd link
Had a great experience over at RidgeCrest .. staff super friendly, had answers for every question and most importantly the maintenance team was very helpful! Chris Lopez is an amazing human being, very respectful and caring, super fast when it came down to needing some things fixed ! Overall would recommend for families to bring their loved ones.
when our family was looking for a place for our loved one, we wanted somewhere that felt welcoming, clean, and caring. from the moment we walked in, we knew this was the right choice. the staff treated our family member with kindness and respect, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. the facility is always clean, beautiful, and well maintained, and the team truly goes above and beyond. we are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown to our family.
