I love the staff and the fact that we don't have to go outside to eat or do activities. I love the activities, there is always something to do! I love it because it feels like home!
We will always be grateful for the wonderful staff and facility for taking such good care of our dad. He was only there about a month and a half before his passing. We wish he would have had more time to enjoy all this place has to offer. The staff in the dining room area, the activities team, the front desk, etc...so friendly and helpful! My dad loved the fountain view from his room, but a bush blocked his view. So the staff cut the bush down low just for him. They are beyond thoughtful of their residence here! Most of all, we are grateful for the nursing staff....Jojo, Rudy, Jane, Maria…

We will always be grateful for the wonderful staff and facility for taking such good care of our dad. He was only there about a month and a half before his passing. My dad loved the fountain view from his room, but a bush blocked his view. So the staff cut the bush down low just for him. They are beyond thoughtful of their residence here! Most of all, we are grateful for the nursing staff....Jojo, Rudy, Jane, Maria (and head nurse Julie) and the rest of the team for being phenemonal caregivers - friendly, kind, patient. Thank you for adding love to the last weeks of his life. We will forefver be thankful for you all.

Nicole Carlen is an outstanding Community Relations Director. She consistently shows genuine care through her interactions with residents and families, and she has a remarkable ability to build strong, trusting relationships with community partners. Her communication is excellent, and she does a wonderful job creating and hosting meaningful community events that truly bring people together. I would highly recommend any of the three locations — Garden, Arbor, or Senita — for your loved ones. Each community has an incredible staff that goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
This community is beautifully maintained and when I have attended events here I have met residents who are extremely happy and very proud to call Ridges at Peoria Senior Living “home.” Nicole Carlen is a wonderful representative and does a stellar job communicating all that this community has to offer to her industry partners. I know they will be treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, and excellent customer service. The Ridges is a large community, yet it always feels warm and personable whenever I visit. Nicole and her team do a wonderful job creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and professional partners.
This is a beautiful community and every time I visit I am reminded of why it always feels like home. Every time I enter, the staff is warm and inviting, the residents seem engaged and the community feels positive and light. Sometimes when you go into a community, you can tell that the staff is overwhelmed, but here it is different. I’ve been in all areas of their community, including the memory care side and the assisted-living side, and the vibes are always great! I know they’ve also got some longevity with some of their key people which is so important in this industry. I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Nicole Carlen on projects and event events and she is absolutely a blessing and a joy to work with. Highly recommend visiting this place if you’re in the market for Senior Living for yourself for a loved one!
I’ve been living at Garden Ridges for almost four months now. The residents are very helpful and welcoming. The “campus” is beautiful and well cared for. There are many fun activities, lots I haven’t tried yet. Happy Hour is every Friday afternoon at 2:00, where they serve various refreshments and have wonderful entertainment. The costs are reasonable compared to many others that we looked at. Ridges is very convenient to Fry’s , CVS and Walgreens. The staff is great, including front desk receptionists, activity directors and servers. Did I mention how friendly the residents are? I thank God to be living here every day!!
