People are asleep in the lobby, food service is below par, however the servers are wonderful. The staff on the whole is great. Lots of activities are offered Management however is absent, from the chef to the general manager One never sees Travis, GM He doesn't apologies to us when things go bad, like waiting one hour and one half for breakfast We have a town hall where he says lots of things that never happen.
