Last year, I was heartbroken when I came to the conclusion that my mother needed supportive care, for a very serious medical condition, that I could no longer give on my own. During one of the most challenging times in my life, [name removed], her husband, sister, and staff stepped in. They treated us with so much kindness and compassion when I needed it most. I have been wanting to write this much deserved review for a long time now. Last year, I was heartbroken when I came to the conclusion that my mother needed supportive care, for a very serious medical condition, that I could no longer give on my own. During one of the most challenging times in my life, [name removed], her husband, sister, and staff stepped in. They treated us with so much kindness and compassion when I needed it most. Their home was always kept very clean, they provided special activities for the residents, and made sure that my mother always had exactly what she needed. They went above and beyond to take care of my mother, and I cannot thank them enough for all they did. It is hard to have peace of mind or any comfort when a loved one is sick and you want the best for them. [name removed] and everyone who works with her did their best to provide some of that for me.
Amy's Assisted Living was one of several assisted living homes recommended to us and after checking them all out, Amy's was our first choice. Amy and her husband, Emil, who operate the home, are wonderful, loving, attentive people and our family is grateful that Mom and Dad are well taken care of. Their home is beautiful and spacious, and I simply cannot say enough good things about Amy and Emil.
