I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding service and support that Bri Lopez provided to me and my family while I was navigating long-term care options for my mother. Finding the right long-term care facility for a loved one can be an overwhelming and emotional experience. I was faced with so many questions and uncertainties regarding my mother’s care, finding a new facility, understanding what resources and funding might be available to us, and simply knowing where to turn for help. Bri was there every step of the way. What stood out to me most was not only Bri’s knowledge and professionalism, but the genuine compassion and caring she showed throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain my options. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that I was navigating this process alone. Bri went above and beyond what I expected. Her guidance gave me a sense of direction during a time when I often felt overwhelmed. She was supportive, patient, understanding, and truly invested in helping my mother receive the care and placement she deserved. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with such genuine kindness and empathy. Bri made a very difficult situation feel more manageable simply by being there, providing guidance, and treating both my mother and me with dignity and respect. I cannot thank Bri enough for everything she has done. She is an amazing person and a tremendous asset to anyone who has the privilege of working with her. Me and my sister worked with Bree she is so amazing, thoughtful and so supportive . She found a great place for my mom that she likes. From the bottom of my heart thank you Bree for the time, effort, and support you are truly Amazing and we can’t thank you enough.
Nick and Bri were both beyond great to work with! Very timely and professional, they helped find a great care facility for my mother. When it came to moving day from the skilled nursing rehab to the care home, Bri was fantastic and set the process up seamlessly. Couldn't have navigated the system without them! Thank you again!!

The team is kind, patient, and very supportive throughout the whole process. They also have helped with everything, from getting physician paperwork to providing transportation. Highly recommend!
My dear friend needed help finding the right place for her care needs. The situation was new and scary to us both. We almost went with another company but after praying for guidance, that company fell through and Brie was more than happy pick the job back up with pure joy and patience. Not once did she ever make me feel like my friend’s needs were less important than money. She walked us through everything no matter how many questions we had. Not once did she ever make us feel like an inconvenience. I will always recommend this company because of how caring, patient and loving Brie was with us!

We had 1-2 days to find my aunt a place to go to from the hospital. Nick got a good sense of what home environment would be most comfortable and affordable for my aunt, one that had an excellent reputation for how they cared for their residents. He handled the move and got her situated. When I was able to visit a couple days after I was very thrilled to see how my aunt had settled in. She shared a room but the roommate and her got along splendidly. I have really never seen my aunt take to people and the place, she was very much a loner and really didn’t like people around her. It appears all that has changed. Thank you Nick, you were the answer to our prayers. The Groves is the best, love the workers and how they treat everyone like family.
